We thoroughly enjoyed our two night trip in the camper van to Wales with our dog. It is such a clever design, with everything easily in reach and able to be pulled out with ease. The handover from Pietro was thorough and we did not have any hiccups as a result.

Great experience! The campervan had all that we needed it and Pietro facilitated our trip, very easy to communicate
We were coming from Scotland to a work event south of London, made sense to hire closer to the venue and was also financially more viable for us.
Pietro sorted everything out for our (later than planned) arrival, quickly ran through the workings of the vehicle (we've hired VW vans before so it was obvious he was happy we knew what we were doing) parked our car in his gated driveway and we were offski!
NOTE: there wasn't a pathetic 'van back for 11am' rule - absolute BONUS!!!!
Had absolutely no troubles at all with the van, as I said we have hired vans previously and this is very unusual! Usually you find yourself on the phone to the people asking questions but everything was so brand new and in working order that there was no need to contact.
The van was fully equipped with everything you would require, all we needed was clothes, bedding to suit our needs and food - could have even left our phone chargers at home as Pietro even had a tub full of these available!
Brand new van, brand new guy, would highly recommend and 100% would hire again!
NB the van was sparkling inside and out and did not include any awful smells or allergy inducing air fresheners!!

What was not to love about this. Hugo, the camper van had everything you need. It was spacious and accommodated 3 people and 2 dogs comfortably.
Pietro was great. Handover, info and advice given to a camper van novice was great.

We hired Hugo for a few nights last week and it was everything we hoped for and more.
Being a genuine VW camper and not a conversion, the tech inside is amazing !
The van is packed full of everything you will need and Pietro was brilliant from the beginning, super helpful and approachable.

hugo is an excellent like new vw california van and Pietro could not have been easier to work with, and has fitted out the van nicely. we spent 15 days with hugo and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and could not find a fault. if you book hugo opt in for the mattress and duvet sets which were an excellent fit.

Hugo is a legend… Had a great Welsh adventure in him ! He’s comfortable, easy and a pleasure to drive and packed with kit and everything you would need for a decent few nights away… I’ve hired a van before but Hugo being a VW build, is on an entirely other level of class and practicality… Gad the most amazing nights sleep with the mattress topper, and the diesel heater kept us nice and warm even in the cold mountains in February…
Booking was easy, and Pietro was superb throughout the process, super helpful and just made everything very easy… Thank you… If I don’t get my own van, I’ll def. be back again for some more fun !

Pietro’s Campervan “Hugo” has really raised the standard. The van is in excellent condition, it’s a dream to drive, and it’s so well equipped that you need no more than you would for any self catering holiday.
