We had a fabulous 11 day adventure with Gloria! The van is very comfortable and well stocked, including the tasty treats Rachel thoughtfully provided. They went over and above with accommodating our arrival time at the airport. Fuel consumption is low on this TDI. More than enough gas for the heater and cooking. Drove daily and never had to plug into power since the battery is large and charges well when driving. One morning we noticed a flat from a nail in a tire and they immediately sent a mechanic to change to the spare. Gloria handled very well on the single-track NC500 roads. We have memories to cherish for years to come. Highly recommend Rachel to hire from.

Rachel and Joe gave us a warm welcome in Scotland. With some inside travel information and a tasty welcome package filled with Scottish gifts we drove off from Edinburgh into the wilderness of Scotland. The van was in perfect condition and really well equipped. The van was our base camp during two wonderful weeks and was base of the wonderful experience we had. We can highly recommend the van and Rachel and Joe. Maybe we meet again!

Cannot recommend Rachel and Gloria highly enough, the van was in excellent condition, drove superbly, extremely comfortable to drive and excellent fuel efficiency. Also well equipped with everything that you need to survive on and off grid. Came with a welcome package of traditional Scottish treats and a few board games (chess /cards ect). very nice touch !
Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place, with instant response to all the queries we had. Me, my wife and dog spent 2 weeks touring Scotland, Wow ! I’m in love with Scotland and Gloria.
Upon confirmation of booking we were also provided with access to a whole arrangement of how to videos on Gloria, which proved very useful before and during our trip.

This is a fantastic van and Rachel provides a great service alongside.
The van drives well, is fuel efficient and is equipped with everything you need for a trip. In particular, the bed setup is comfortable, the heating keeps a good temperature at all times and the cooking facilities are top notch.
Our dog was welcomed and there was ample space for him inside as well as great attachments to let him enjoy the vicinity.
Rachel was a fantastic guide and a generous host - providing us with multiple recommendations that served us well.

This was probably the best experience we’ve had when renting a campervan - and we’ve rented quite a few over the last few years.
The campervan was a joy to drive and met all the needs we wanted it for.
The owner Rachel’s communication right from the beginning was first class, helpful and very fast. There is also brilliant You Tube clips they’ve made to clearly demonstrate various information when accessing and using different parts of the van, which is fantastic, as you can watch at your leisure instead of being overloaded with info when you pick up a vehicle and end up forgetting half of it.
The whole process from booking, to picking up the vehicle and returning, was made as smoothly and painless as possible. It was a joy to rent from them.
I’d also like to add that I mentioned to Rachel that we hired the campervan for our 8 yr old daughter as a birthday treat. On collecting the vehicle there was a birthday card placed in the van for her. A lovely and kind gesture, and an example of a caring and conscientious hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend hiring this campervan. 5 star van and service.

Gloria is a dream! Such an amazing van. She is an absolute dream to drive and has absolutely everything you may need for a road-trip. It’s comfy, the heater keeps it cozy and warm, and the bed is easy to pop up and down. We drove it just over 500 miles & didn’t even use a whole tank of fuel!
Rachel and Joe are the best hosts! Both friendly and super accommodating. They were able to answer and help with any questions we had whilst renting the van - the basket of scottish treats were also a brilliant touch!! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip thanks to them and Gloria - we are already planning when we can visit Scotland and rent Gloria again!
The van is really high spec, very good driving experience. It has everything you may need for your adventures, except for the toilet (impossible to fit in small campervans like this one).
We went 750miles with one and a half tanks, we were able to visit any place we wanted (even going around in the center of Edinburgh is not a problem) and with gas heating we had no problem free camping as well.
Rachel is the best renter you can find: kind, friendly And she does her best to accommodate any request.

Wonderful experience. Rachel and Joe were kind and accommodating, provided us the campervan with some surprise snacks, firewood and more. They were very helpful when we had any queries and also gave recommendations on places to go and things to do. As for the campervan, it was cosy, well-kempt and drove very smoothly. We took it along the North coast 500 route and it took the rain, wind and uneven roads with ease. Would definitely recommend both the route and this van for your trip.

We (een gezin van 4 personen) hebben een superfijne vakantie gehad met Gloria! Gloria is goed uitgerust en heeft alles wat we nodig hadden. Gloria heeft een sterke motor en rijdt daarom fantastisch. Zonder moeite hebben we de highlands en de NC 500 gereden. Superfjn! Rachel en haar man hebben ons bij aankomst en vertrek heel hartelijk ontvangen en ruim de tijd genomen om alles toe te lichten over het gebruik van Gloria. Bij aankomst was Gloria superschoon, als nieuw! Rachel en haar man hebben zelf veel reiservaring en dat was erg inspirerend! We hebben met ons gezin een superfijne vakantie gehad met Gloria!

We had a fantastic time with Gloria the campervan! It is well-equipped for life on the road and the owners have a nice eye for details. Beds are comfortable, pop-top is easy to operate, it's good to drive, and there's everything you need to prepare your own food.
