Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers. If there would be 0 stars, they would get it.
I will be short and to the point and hope this will help someone who is planning to rent from these guys or any other company.
On arrival we were briefly explained what the main motorhome "brain" buttons do. Nothing was showed that it ACTUALLY works.
Once arrived to our first destination we realised that neither heating or water is working. It kept showing that there is error and that error was there when we picked up the van as well. Owner said that he has no idea what that is and brushed it off. We also had no water in toilet and of course no shower either as heating boiler is broken.
It is beginning of April, freezing nights and we have no heating in the van Us and our 3 small kids are having absolutely miserable time.
As a solution we were offered to drive around villages and try to find electric heater. We did find one and on the first night fuse blows and we are freezing again. Owner kept saying that all was working before and totally brushing off the problem by saying how great weather we have on our holiday. Totally oblivious to the problem.
Owners also didn't send us any of the signed paper copies to us. Just kept saying they will. In fact on return of the van I signed paper and made sure there is nothing mentioned about broken shelf (which we didn't brake). Later to find out that owners faked our handover paper by adding additional details after we have left and signed paper.
Please take photos of paper you sign.
Make sure that whatever happens with van, document that well in detail as you will need to prove it later. Don't be naive thinking that these are people who will help you. They will later denie everything they have said. Keep communicating via messages so you have a message trail.
Result. Goboony obviously are not interested in resolving this and we still had to pay the full amount for broken van which did almost nothing what it said in advert it will do.
Trust me, we did our bets to fix issues in the van and stay positive, but after getting sick and constantly freezing every night we just cut our trip short and of course were not refunded for that either.

Vriendelijke verhuurders - steeds bereikbaar in geval van problemen.
Gezien het intensieve gebruik doorheen de zomer, is er hier en daar wat kleine schade (dat niet gerepareerd kan worden tussen verhuurbeurten door). Dit was op zich geen probleem - enkel jammer.

David you are a great man. David was very friendly, helpful and accommodating host and looked after us well. Thank you. The motor home is top spec and is new and in great condition. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Kerry and David are wonderful hosts and I would recommend renting their luxury camper to everyone. They thought of everything: from cookies & candy for the kids to wine for us. Every detail was just perfect: the beds were made with soft sheets and extra blankets, enough pillows, soap in the bathroom,... The camper was very clean and brand new with everything you might need for a perfect trip. Before and during our trip Kerry and David were always there to help us with any questions or problems.

Immaculate motor home inside and out. Easy to drive. The loveliest of couple’s who made everything from booking, last minute needing it delivered to us and us droping it back absolutely effortless. Would highly recommend and the surprise touch of Prosecco in the fridge we were so grateful for . We will be booking it again xx

Kerry & David were fantastic hosts, we can’t thank them enough for everything!
From answering lots of questions, dealing quickly with any issues (like if we were being stupid and couldn’t get something to work!) and adding personal touches, we had a great experience.
The van itself is stunning - high spec, fully equipped and in excellent condition. We were 3 adults and had more than enough space, with large comfortable beds and plenty of storage.
We loved our trip and would highly recommend Kerry, David and their lovely motor home to anyone else!
