À améliorer : Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Points positifs : Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was incredible and the location of the site is unbelievable.

Points positifs : We enjoyed the location of the campsite, the proximity to the beach was fantastic.

À améliorer : On arrival someone was on our pitch and they expected to stay another night! We told reception, they said they would send someone to the pitch to help - however, no one came, much to our disappointment . Instead we had to negotiate with the Spanish guy to leave our pitch. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. It meant that our first taste of the campsite was very poor. We do not except this from a 5 star campsite.

Points positifs : Family of five staying for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, particularly the activities that were put on through the week (day time and night time), plus the location so close to the beach.

À améliorer : It is a big site and the pool area is unbelievably busy on hot/sunny days Putting on more sporting activities during the day as they were always over subscribed (flag rugby, table tennis, volley ball etc). The outdoor gym/exercise area is not very good.

Points positifs : Mooie accommodatie, goede ligging aan strand, goede voorzieningen, goed verzorgd, goed beveiligd, goed personeel (afgezien van receptie).

À améliorer : Incheck was echt heel slecht. Incheck vanaf 16 uur betekende volgens verantwoordelijke voor receptie dat er vanaf 16 uur een kans is dat je accommodatie gereed is, maar dat dit zeker niet zo hoeft te zijn. Euhhh????? Verantwoordelijke negeerde ons toen we zeiden dat we dit raar vonden en graag duidelijkheid wilden hoe de accommodatie dan wel gereed zou zijn. Zijn na 1,5 uur(!) wachten maar naar accommodatie gegaan en er gewoon in gegaan (schoonmaak was zelfs toen nog niet gereed...) Ik verwacht bij deze positionering (premium) en tarieven (>€600 per dag) echt een andere service!

Points positifs : Der Poolbereich und der Strand sind sehr schön.

À améliorer : Der reservierte Stellplatz stand uns bei der Ankunft nicht zur Verfügung. Anstatt nahe am Strand wurde uns zuerst ein Stellplatz angeboten auf welcher unser Wohnmobil wegen der Größe nicht fahren konnte und welcher direkt bei den Poolanlagen lag. Danach bekamen wir einen Stellplatz ganz hinten, am weitesten weg vom Strand. Eigentlich wollten wir nahe am Strand und weit weg von den Poolanlagen sein.

Points positifs : Facilities and information about activities were excellent.

À améliorer : The off site activities would have benefitted from transportation

Points positifs : Lo mejor es la parte de las piscinas

À améliorer : La limpieza. Al llegar a la cabaña-tienda, nos encontramos con papeles detrás de las camas de los niños, y compresa y bastoncitos en la papelera del baño. Ademas, no tienen nada sin gluten, ni en los restaurantes ni en el supermercado.

Points positifs : La ubicación y las instalaciones generales

À améliorer : Limpieza del Bungalow y servicios del bungalow. Para ser un 5* me esperaba mejores servicios en el bungalow y sobre todo más limpio.

Points positifs : Fijn zwembad, mooie locatie, dichtbij zee

À améliorer : Kleine, schuine staplek, niet vlak.
