Points positifs : Sehr gepflegter und sicherer Campingplatz. Beeindruckende Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

À améliorer : Wir hatten einen Stromadapter beim Servicebüro gekauft für 20,-€. Da dieser aber nicht für den Anschluss an unserem Platz passte, hatten wir mit der Dame am Servicebüro die Vereinbarung, dass wir diesen Adapter problemlos zurückbringen können und natürlich unser bezahltes Geld zurückerhalten werden. Wir gaben den Adapter - wie gesagt unbenutzt - zurück. Die versprochene Rücküberweisung auf unser angegebenes deutsches Girokonto ist bis heute, 17.09.2025, noch nicht geschehen. Wir warten noch 1 Woche, danach geht es schriftlich an die europäische Vermittlungsstelle in Straßburg.

À améliorer : El restaurante de la piscina no abrió en todo el día 15de septiembre a pesar que la aplicación decía que si.el descanso era el martes, no lunes Además quisimos estar cerca de otra villa y en vez vez de decirnos que no se podía nos dijeron que pagáramos el suplemento y lo intentarían, no lo garantizaban. Que digan que no directamente porque el suplemento no lo devolvian Instalación de villas más grandes, de 12 personas. Supermercado casi sin género . Las estanterías estaban vacias

Points positifs : La ubicación del camping está genial y el parque acuático está chulisimo

À améliorer : Calentar el agua de la piscina climatizada y cerrarla para que no te quedes helado. Y mejorar el servicio del miniclub, se dedican a pintar la mayor parte del tiempo. La monitora ni se presenta al llegar

Points positifs : Me gustó mucho por poner alguna pega q las piscinas cierran a las siete y a las seis y cuarto ya está cerrando los toboganes y echándonos . Y q el agua había días q no todas las piscinas estaban calientes.

À améliorer : Die lange Wartezeiten an der Reception sind absolut inakzeptable! Der Check-In scheint auch nicht gut organisiert zu sein. Das könnte man definitiv besser machen. Ein kostenloses (oder deutlich günstigeres) WLAN wäre wünschenswert.

Points positifs : Nature, the rabbits and squirrels, the pine trees. The beach, the sun. Going to get a pastry and the shop in the mornings. Sunbathing at the pool.

À améliorer : The pool has been made so large you have to walk quite far to the toilet (which was often for me as I’m pregnant) and walking through the water each time is disgusting, the water was getting very dirty and wasn’t changed enough. Dislike wearing a wristband too, it looks tacky. The large gate/fence around the perimeter and the fact that it closes at night now is strange to me having come to the campsite for 30 years. The staff at the restaurant were rude and told us we could not sit at a table because they weren’t open for food yet even though we were ordering a drink and would have got food

Points positifs : Hemos ido 6 familias a 6 bungalows diferentes y nos lo hemosnpasado genial. No obstante nos ha parecifo con todos los bungalows estaban mal cuidados. Nuestro bungalow tenia las manillas de las puertas de baño y habitacion rotas.

À améliorer : Nuestros bungalows tenían las manillas de las puertas rotas y el de unos amigos estaba muy muy sucio. Esto no se puede permitir y menoa en un camping de 5 estrellas
