Points positifs : La ubicación del camping es muy buena, las piscinas con toboganes también y cerca de la playa.

À améliorer : Baños y duchas sucios y deteriorados, las actividades y espectáculos 100% en francés aun siendo muchos huéspedes de otros lugares por lo que no podemos disfrutar plenamente de ellos( en otros campings que he estado hablan en ingleses). La peque no la dejamos en el miniclub por miedo a que no se entere de nada, en otros campings del mediterráneo la pequeña a disfrutado con estas actividades que es lo que buscamos en un camping de esta categoría. La zona de basuras esta a 15 minutos andando de la parcela que nos toco, en campings tan grandes tendrían que poner mas puntos de recogida.

Points positifs : No tuve la oportunidad

À améliorer : Reservé con seguro de cancelación y pedí solo información porque un miembro de la familia no podía viajar. Nunca solicité anular, pero la reserva fue cancelada igualmente. El 23 de agosto recibí un correo confirmando mi estancia del 25 al 27, aunque en la web aparecía anulada y al llamar ese mismo día me dijeron que ya no tenía plaza. Resultado: sin reserva ni reembolso, tuve que buscar otro camping a última hora. Muy decepcionante la gestión y la falta de soluciones.

Points positifs : El camping nos gustó mucho en general, muy amplio y completo. Peto el tema de los nanos deja mucho q desear. Falta de limpieza y un olor terrible, se veía claramente q los baños se limpiaban un vez al día y muy muy por alto, quitando lo más gordo. Una limpieza muy insuficiente para un camping de esta categoría.

À améliorer : Todas las actuaciones en Francés, mi hija de 8 anos no pudo participar en nada, una verdadera pena , porque fue precisamente el tema de la animación lo q nos hizo elegir este camping

Points positifs : The camping resort itself was lovely. The facilities were all great and the beach is absolutely stunning.

À améliorer : The accomodation, the classic caravans are not fir for purpose. The are too small to be usable and the one we stayed in was very dirty and old. The walls were dirty, the furniture had stains on it. The bedroom was so small you only have several.inches between the bed and the wall making it impossible to comfortable change in the room. The childrens bedroom had a bunkbed that wasn't attached to the wall so when my child went to climb up to the top bunk, it tipped over. Also the warbrode in that room is actually blocked by the bunkbed so is unusalble.

Points positifs : It was a nice location.

À améliorer : I wish there was a shuttle service to Vieux Boucau as taxi service was awful. It is a long walk to town and the bus stops are not easy to find. We had to pay for wi fi and it was expensive. Wish it was inclusive. I wish there was a long deeper pool for adults to swim.

Points positifs : The premium chalet was spotlessly clean and a great base for our holiday.

À améliorer : Our specific chalet backed onto a camping pitch - this did not help with the Premium positioning; a less respectable neighbour than the one we had would have been an issue.
