Points positifs : Everything went wrong. From the check in. Mobile Home was dirty and the inventory was totally incomplete. We had multiple drainage problems with the sink, toilet and shower! The swimming pools were nothing like the pictures. The slides were short. I can go on and on ... This is not a 5 start camping. The beach was amazing!

Points positifs : We have stayed before and have enjoyed our previous stay. Unfortunately this year we were very disappointed, items of value stolen, when speaking with staff they laughed and showed no interest. Weed being offered to my 14 Yr. Old son by others clients, children. Staff had no interest in making our stay comfortable and happy, they were cross, bitter and seemed annoyed by having to deal with any issue.

À améliorer : Staff need to have specific training in customer service, more interest in the safe culture of the campsite and it's residents.

Points positifs : De glijbanen en het zwembad zijn top.

À améliorer : De VIP120 staplaatsen zijn veelal minder dan 120m2. Wij moesten terug naar de receptie voor een andere plek omdat de tent niet paste. Het duurde bijna een week voordat wij werkende tags hadden en overal in konden. De WC op de staplaats was om de dag verstopt.

Points positifs : Ich kann leider nichts wirklich positives sagen! Der Service im Restaurant ist sehr nett,freundlich und zuvorkommend.

À améliorer : Das kulinarische ANgebot, das man nicht vorgeschrieben bekommt, welche BAdebekleidung ich im Pool tragen muss... Obwohl diverse Stellplätze frei waren, hat man uns einen ( für unser Wohnmobil ) viel zu kleinen und schlecht gelegenen STellplatz gegeben. Im Verhältnis zu vielen anderen Plätzen empfanden wir die Kosten für viel zu hoch, zu happig ( für 2 Nächte 260€ )! Viel zu teuer, übertrieben!

Points positifs : We had great time, the water park they have on site was a big hit with us and With the added bonus of being right next to a fantastic beach. Shop on site very convenient but expensive . Toilets kept nice and clean. Over all we had a great experience.

À améliorer : Not allowed to use your own BBQ. And the BBQ areas could be mulch better.

Points positifs : Acuapark fantastico. Instalaciones completisimas. Mobil homes nuevisimas. Playa al lado. Variedad xe restaurantes y a muy buen precio, incluido el supermercado.

À améliorer : El masaje descontracturante, parece un masaje relajante.

Points positifs : Actividades para todas las edades. Entorno y paisaje. Ambiente agradable. Personal muy amable.
