À améliorer : No teníamos reserva. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no podíamos entrar sin reserva porque el bungalow no estaba limpio,que no los limpian hasta que no hay una reserva. Pero cuando nos íbamos tuvimos que dejar el bungalow a las 10:00 porque decían que había que limpiarlo. Justamente lo contrario a lo anterior. No nos ha gustado nada que nos digan una cosa y después otra. En algún momento nos han mentido. Todo el que llegue sin reserva no va a poder entrar ese día? Incompresible.

À améliorer : Más flexibilidad en la mesa del alojamiento. Ocupa toda la terraza. Los alojamientos están demasiado juntos. Poca privacidad

Points positifs : We loved our stay with a multi-generational family. Everyone got what they wanted daily. The kids loved the water park and the grand parents loved the beach. Very relaxing.

À améliorer : Reception could be more informative about future staying offers as when I asked about next year I just got referred to the website.

Points positifs : En las instalaciones tienes muchas opciones para elegir aquello que más te guste, lo cual es estupendo

À améliorer : En los restaurantes sería importante tener en cuenta los alérgenos y ofrecer más opciones para personas con intolerantes alimenticias ( celíacas, por ejemplo)

Points positifs : Bungalow muy limpio, nuevo y ubicado cerca de las piscinas y pistas de pádel. Instalaciones buenas, piscina, restaurantes.. Muchas pistas para deporte: fútbol, futbito, voleyball, skate, padel, tenis, mesas ping-pong...

À améliorer : Las reservas del padel y tenis muy caras. El precio de la reserva de padel me parece excesivo (36 euros/90 minutos) a parte del alquiler de palas/pelotas si no has llevado (5 euros /pala). La pista de Tenis más asequible (8,5 eur/hora + alquiler raqueta 2 eur/raqueta). Ya se está pagando mucho dinero por el parking, me parecería lógico que las pistas padel/tenis estuvieran incluidas aunque hubiera que reservar.

Points positifs : Beautiful campsite. Big but never felt packed. Pool area is great. No problem with sun loungers. Lots of slides & pools to choose from. Very clean & well kept. Area is quite remote so a car is advisable. The town vieux bocau is nice.

À améliorer : I feel that this campsite needs to better cater for its international clientele. The bar/restaurant area is very quiet at night. Most entertainment is in French, even though 40% of the residents were Irish. A television that shows sports -soccer GAA etc…- would be a great addition & would definitely liven up the restaurant area…

Points positifs : Good but a few things could be better. Great pools, slides, spa, resturants, shops

À améliorer : Add black out blinds to windows, mosquito nets, large mugs, cotton sheets, duvet covers, wine glasses. Staff did not have anywhere for us to store our luggage while we waited for our flight. Need more English speaking activities
