Points positifs : Estuvimos un fin de semana en una parcela con baño incluido. Nos encantó la limpieza la comodidad de todo y los detalles.

À améliorer : El check in fue un poco lento, la cola que se formó y el rato que estuvimos esperando creo q se podría mejorar con más personal en épocas o días clave.

Points positifs : La zona acuatica una pasada, la limpieza general, el supermercado muy completo, el parque infantil muy bueno, baños y demas en perfectas condiciones

À améliorer : Nos asignaron una parcela en la que habia una barbacoa comun, dentro de la parcela. No nos habia pasado nunca, un horror teniendo en cuenta que tenemos niños pequeños. Para mejorar, la cola de la recepcion. Una actividad se retraso el inicio mas de 30 minutos (Fiesta de la espuma) por que no tenian como abrir la verja del recinto, una pena.

Points positifs : Estuvimos hace unos años y ha mejorado desde entonces. Las camas son muy cómodas, la limpieza, el servicio excelente. Las piscinas con más toboganes y hamacas es una pasada.

Points positifs : Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der Ferienanlage in einem Chalet von Roan Camping. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, die Security immer wachsam, da weiß man, dass Fremde keinen Zutritt bekommen. Der tolle Strand ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr groß und bei den Kinder sehr beliebt, sehr viele Rutschen und auch für ganz kleine Kinder gibt es genügend Becken. Überall findet man kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Der Whirlpool ist nur für Erwachsene und das Personal achtet auch drauf, dass das so bleibt. Bademeister sind auch genügend vorhanden. Auf Animation wird großen Wert gelegt.

À améliorer : Durch die Kiefern und andere Nadelhölzer tropft schon mal Harz auf das Auto oder den Wohnwagen. Wir haben uns im Autobedarf eine Abdeckplane gekauft und den Wagen abends abgedeckt.

Points positifs : All round a great stay. Although the weather was mixed we had great fun using the facilities on site.

À améliorer : Have an option for indoor activities when wet or thunderstorm.

Points positifs : A fabulous place to holiday with your family. My wife and I travelled with nine member of our family. We had a great time and the children absolutely loved the place, especially the water park. A beautiful location set in the forest. We are already planning to return next year.

À améliorer : La ubicación de la parcela no ha sido la mejor, acceso difícil para caravana. Sin mover difícil colocarlo. Parcela muy lejos de las instalaciones principales.

À améliorer : Las camas eran muy incomododas no pudimos dormir nada yo y mi marido.
