Points positifs : When we arrived we didn't know where the Eurocamp reception was located, the map provided by ResaSol needs a magnifying glass to be legible. Another customer showed us where it was, we waited for two hours, nobody came, eventually ResaSol told us to call the tiny number on the map provided. Referred.to security after a very long journey the man's english was poor, he wasrude, blunt and sent us back to Eurocamp reception before he gave us our keys and explained where to go! We'd been back to main site reception twice with bags still in the car and on foot, before we were helped.

À améliorer : Tell customers upfront about tree sapphire damage to vehicles if not covered. Sell covers on site. When electrical failure happens, don't keep fixing it when it recurrs frequently, move the customer to a new cabin after one recurrence. Ours failed 4 imes over two days and ruined those days. My car bodywork is ruined by tree sap burnt on by the sun, a respray is going to run up a bill over a thousand pounds! There was nowhere else to park near our cabin available. I want compensation for the two days lost dealing with electricity and for the damage to my car which could have been prevented

À améliorer : La limpieza es de vergüenza. Abrimos la mesa para ampliarla y había restos de comida. El baño olia mucho a orina. No limpiaron la terraza, le pasamos un trapo al banco de madera de fuera y salió negro y lleno de Grasa y un largo etc. Pagamos 930 euros por 3 noches y es como para denunciarlo en sanidad. Insolubre.

À améliorer : The accommodation would really benefit from improvements, the beds were not good at all, Al mount like prison beds. The fact that I book a holiday to get away from the normality of life and then have to clean my own caravan, I thought was shocking.. I had bought numerous pairs of swimming shorts for my holiday only to be told that I couldn’t wear them because they weren’t the correct type very strange.

Points positifs : No es la primera vez que vamos, llevamos varios años yendo en agosto y nunca defrauda. Este año lo único que nos ha nublado la estancia, es el robo de una tabla de surf que teníamos en nuestra parcela. La verdad que el asunto nos dejó desmoralizados. Por lo demás el resto muy bien.

Points positifs : El parque acuático, la limpieza de las instalaciones y la diversidad de actividades a realizar en el camping.

À améliorer : En las piscinas hay niños que se tiran de forma peligrosa tanto para ellos como para los que estamos dentro. Los socorristas hacen caso omiso de esto. Flojas las animaciones nocturnas y solo en Francés.

Points positifs : Las instalaciones del camping son muy buenas.

À améliorer : En el miniclub no habia badie que habalara en castellano No hay posibilidad de elegir antes la parcela. Cuando llegamos la parcela era pequeña y tenia un arbol en la mitad

À améliorer : Maximale snelheid invoeren voor alle vervoermiddelen, dus ook voor fietsers/scooters. Iets meer rust na 23.00 op het park zou mooi zijn

Points positifs : Mooie camping, mooi zwembad met veel en leuke glijbanen. wij hadden het zwembad en de zee op mooie loopafstand. We zaten in een stacaravan met 3 kids, 10,12 en 14 jaar

À améliorer : Soms wat veel verkeer door elkaar, hetzij fietsen, stepjes auto's en voetgangers
