À améliorer : The football pitch was very muddy. Did not suit for children .

Points positifs : Prima sta caravan! Schoon en netjes! Genoeg te doen op de camping en het strand!

Points positifs : Vies verblijf bij aankomst en niet op de juiste plaats. Tevens na onze uitleg middelmatige service. Niemand heeft gevraagd hoe het ging en of we het naar ons zin hadden, of hoe het überhaupt ging. Voor de rest keurige camping met mooie voorzieningen. Alles was schoon en netjes aan de kant.

À améliorer : Service aan de receptie mag absoluut beter. We werden onvriendelijk behandeld en elke vraag leek moeilijk. Ook na uitleg was er van medeleven geen sprake helaas. Ook niet voor begrip van de situatie, 1100 km rijden en dan aankomen in stinkend onderblijf waar je je auto niet kan zetten en niet rond kan lopen. Terwijl alle andere accomodaties dit wel hebben. Na overleg nog een nacht en een ochtend tot 13:15 uur moeten wachten op een andere accommodatie. Terwijl deze al leeg was en de avond ervoor…. Niemand die iets vroeg, erg jammer.

Points positifs : The pool is great and the beach is fabulous and there’s lots to do for all the family.

À améliorer : The pitches are no where near the size as advertised when booked!!! There’s no soap or any way to dry your hands in the toilets blocks etc. The pitches are dirty sand based so everything gets filthy.

Points positifs : Clean and quiet

À améliorer : No car and therefore had to walk to the Bins. Maybe get a few Bins nearly.

Points positifs : Prima genoten van alles dat beschikbaar was.

Points positifs : Teens enjoyed activities and entertainment at the Arena. Good facilities. Swimming pool enjoyed by all. Shop stocks most things although campsite prices. Takeaway pizza tasty. Easy to navigate around the campsite and good for riding a bike around as well as walking. Beach access a real bonus. Washing facilities were excellent and never had to wait for a machine. Number plate recognition to get on and off site worked really well.

À améliorer : WiFi was really poor. We couldn’t get on it at all at our premium chalet. More frequent sports tournament would’ve been enjoyed by our teenagers. Premium check in was non existent and check in was chaos. Electric car charging would’ve been good for our hybrid. Sheets were absolutely awful! Don’t stay on and feel like paper. There aren’t enough table tennis tables for the size of the site. The children would’ve loved a dart board on site.

Points positifs : It was our first holiday like this and was nice had something for us all and was a beautiful location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing and having that along with the water park was brilliant.

À améliorer : The caravan was smaller and more cramped than we expected. We arrived on Monday and water park was super clean and all the slide stairs where clean, by Friday it was getting smelly and dirty which made less enjoyable
