À améliorer : Las barbacoas de uso comunitario no disponían de parrillas, tenías que comprarlas, sin embargo la de las parcelas de autocaravanas si las tenían, el bungalow a la llegada estaba sin limpiar, se nos acabó el gas a las 21h y nos dejaron sin gas hasta las 9 del dia siguiente dándonos de alternativa que nos ducharamos en las duchas del camping ...

À améliorer : ** We had no wifi in our rental and informed reception the day after arrival. It wasn’t fixed for over a week, meaning we had no wifi for 8 days out of 10. I visited reception a number of times to try and get issue resolved but they just blamed their internet service provider. ** Better communication about events that cause facilities to be closed. The sports facilities being closed for 3 days without warning was not great.

Points positifs : Very nice place, clean, comfortable, the beach is amazing, staff is friendly. Everything was perfect during our stay. Kids loved and enjoyed very much. Definitely we will come again! 👍🌟

À améliorer : Rule about type of swimwear that must be worn in water park needs to be part of holiday companies park information. In our case Eurocamp made no mention of this & we were annoyed that we had to purchase new swimwear on arrival to use the water park. Also your water park staff need to be consistent with their reasons as to why lycra swimwear has to be worn. First time at water park no mention of this rule, next day informed of rule but one person says it only applies to the swimming pools & not the water slides then somebody else says it applies to all of the water park facilities.

À améliorer : Imposible pensar que se acepten megáfonos desde las 7:00 de la mañana. fin de semana desastroso con el ruido, se ha permitido a un grupo grande estar de fiesta como si nada, cuando a los demás a las 23:00 horas si hablas un poco mas fuerte de lo normal el de seguridad te llama la atención enseguida. Creo que las normas deberían ser las mismas para todos. Otra de las cosas en contra son los baños de la zona amarilla, sabiendo que la mayoría de la gente hace uso de los mismos la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Muchas veces aparte de sucios no tienen papel higiénico, no apto en 5 estrellas
