Points positifs : La situation exceptionnelle au pied des aiguilles, le calme, la propreté générale et le fait qu'elle soit respectée par les campeurs. Les sanitaires luxueux et très régulièrement entretenus. La musique douce dans ces sanitaires. La gentillesse du personnel d'accueil et d'entretien, ainsi que lors d'achats à la boutique. La gratuité et la fréquence des bus permettant de se passer de la voiture pour visiter et randonner au sein d'un large espace. Un camping respectueux de ses campeurs, et en retour des campeurs respectueux de "leur" camping.

Points positifs : Très bel espace sanitaire. Camping bien situé . Pass transport gratuit appréciable.

À améliorer : Honteux d’avoir uniquement accès à la piscine sur réservation l’après-midi et que 45minutes. Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ni du prix demandé. Si je paie un camping avec piscine et 4 étoiles, c’est pour pouvoir me baigner quand je veux .Surtout s’il fait très chaud ! Le personnel répond que ce système est fait pour que les campeurs ne soient pas serrés, mais c’est au gérant d’adapter le nombre de piscines ou le nom re de réservations qu’il accepte. Il y avait aussi beaucoup d’attentes aux douches. Bref ce n’est pas normal de payer si cher pour ca ! Très déçue !

Points positifs : Der Platz ist sehr schön angelegt, die Sanitäreinrichtungen immer super sauber. Pool ist sehr schön und wenn man weiß wann nicht viel los ist auch super zum entspannten Schwimmen geeignet.

À améliorer : Die Gastronomie ist für uns nicht für einen Campingplatz geeignet. Ich denke mit einfacheren und landestypischen Speisen würden deutlich mehr Gäste das Angebot nutzen. So weichen viele auf den Gasthof gegenüber aus.

Points positifs : Wir hatten einen Platz am Rand. Dort war es wunderschön und ruhig. Der Weg zu den Sanitäranlagen zwar etwas weit aber dafür waren wir für uns. Klasse Bad, super sauber. Auch der Pool hat uns gut gefallen.

À améliorer : Da fällt mir gerade nichts ein.

Points positifs : Staff were polite, friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The apartment is situated up above the main campsite with a short walk to the amenities. We had to book the pool on the first cpl days we were there and then if became out of season. The shop has everything you need. We didnt eat at the restaurant but heard good things. Location wise it’s a super base. We used the bus (free with the pass) with plenty adventure from our doorstep and also the lake was a big winner for the kids on our quieter days. The pizza oven was a big hit for the night we arrived too.

Points positifs : Seizer Alm is a beautiful camping. Everything is good and went okay. Although we see some opportunities:. - We missed some extra wellness opportunities on the camping. The swimming pool and area is little to small in relation to the size of the camping and number of guests; - the check-in procedure was a bit uncommon. Mostly we check in and go to your camping spot. At SA you’ve to check in, go look to your camping spot and come back twice to finish your check in. After a long journey, it’s demanding. -restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday during high season, why

À améliorer : - No terrace’s with catering it’s a pity; -the prices of the catering is a bit too expensive; - more showers at the men’s bathroom; - clear information that seilbahn Seizer Alm is not included and for free with the guest pass Süd Tirol. The Seilbahn is way too expensive by the way for the service you receive.

Points positifs : The location, it’s very clean, the lodge was nice and clean.

À améliorer : The swimming pool was only open for 45 minutes per day. If we knew this we would never have booked. We never had this ever before. The lodge had only one frying pan. And it was end of its life. By using it you eat a lot of PFAS. The cutting board for meat was old and the board was full of cuts. Which means residue of former users is in the board. There is no cooking hood.
