Points positifs : The views from the site, ease of walking into the nearby town. A quiet site and very friendly staff.

À améliorer : The shower block, water was on the cold side and higher standards of cleaning required.

Points positifs : Everything was great; email communications prior to stay, position of site, facilities, assistance.

À améliorer : Hot water in shower a bit hit and miss, but not a big deal.

Points positifs : Der Platz ist sehr schön gestaltet und in ruhiger Lage. Reservierung hat gut geklappt.

Points positifs : Plenty of space. Beautiful setting overlooked by a castle ruin. Spotlessly clean. 36 mins away from Caen ferry port which is handy. Quiet and short distance to town (5mins cycle ride). Friendly staff on reception who could speak English.

À améliorer : We found out on day of departure that we couldn’t leave the campsite before 7am as this is when the gates automatically open. This stressed us a bit as we needed the ferry for 8.30am. However, we needn’t have worried as we got there in time. I didn’t like the idea of being locked in overnight though. Other than this, the campsite was excellent. Remember your toilet roll if you use the loos!

Points positifs : Electricity and water available. Facilities modern and very clean. Spacious pitch. Beautiful and interesting town not far from camp.

Points positifs : Lovely view. Very welcoming receptionist who made sure the Euro 2024 final was on in the TV lounge for us. Very good facilities.

Points positifs : Well kept site with excellent facilities in a beautiful spot. Bonus was prime position for bastille fireworks which was magical and unexpected!
