À améliorer : Die Kosten für die Sauna sind eindeutige zu hoch ! Wassermenge beim Duschen ist leider zu gering. ansonsten ist alles in bester Ordnung

À améliorer : People have commented about the tone of emails, which is good to read before receiving them, forewarned! You certainly know the rules & expectations before arriving but on-site it is very friendly & helpful. Maybe the english is just lost a little in translation or to be fair maybe too often people don't follow the rules and make life difficult and these emails try to encourage following the programme!
