Points positifs : L'emplacement du camping proche de l'Océan et bien situé pour découvrir la région. Pour les enfants la piscine couverte. L'emplacement pour la voiture à coté de notre hébergement.

Points positifs : Nous partons toujours d habitude à l oceano d or et cette année j ai voulu changer d endroit !! Quelle déception !! L accueil déjà. Malgré que la personne parle bien le français, je la trouve très froide et détachée ! Pas dans l échange ! On nous annonce pas de club enfant, ni d animation ?? C est pour cela que je choisis groupe chadotel car il y a toutes ces prestations !!! Et là rien ???? On paye pour cela quand même !! Ils ont fait l effort d’ouvrir quand même le club enfant du mercredi ! Mais pas de soirée ! Dommage ! Grosse déception !

Points positifs : Had a new mobile home that was faultless. One of the nicest weve had, spotless and all the comfort you could need. Pool area was fabulous, our kids had a blast, the variety of pools was great. Bar and restaurant was lovely and well priced. Staff friendly and helpful. We had an absolute blast and loved the local area and how easy it was to access great food and drink.

À améliorer : Moving the disco to the bar would I prove the experience! It would also garner more turnover as parents would buy drinks! The idea of it in the pool is a novelty but it's not as enjoyable as when on dry land. Otherwise we wouldn't change anything.

Points positifs : Nice swimming pool with slides for (small) children. Clean camping with small play garden and football pitch.

À améliorer : All communication, information and animator is in French. There are also a lot of foreign visitors from Belgium, Germany and Netherlands who can't understand French. Chadotel needs to appreciate these visitors more with better communication in English.

Points positifs : Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad op de camping. Mooi zwembad, schone faciliteiten en vriendelijk personeel. Vanaf de camping ben je zo in het dorpje bij de winkels en het strand.

Points positifs : De camping is proper maar summier en komt beter over op foto dan in het echt

À améliorer : Controle van de properiteit van de bungalow dient alltijd samen te gebeuren. Dit was nu niet het geval en er wordt beweerd dat we niet gepoest hebben terwijl we bijna 2 uur hebben staan zwoegen. Hierdoor kregen we lnze borg niet terug wat onze totaal ervaring wel heeft vergald

Points positifs : Entertainment was good, pools and camping facilities were faultless

À améliorer : We had a power bank on charge in sanitation area that was stolen after speaking to reception nothing had been handed in, next day spoke to cleaner who advised there were cameras that could have been looked at if we had been made aware at the time. Inconvenience caused as cycling holiday as was an essential piece of kit required for navigation
