Points positifs : Llevamos yendo al mismo camping 15 años y todo el personal es muy cortés y si necesitas o tienes alguna duda todo el personal está para ayudar

À améliorer : Por ahora todo está correcto y está muy cuidado todo

Points positifs : La situación es muy buena y el bungalow está muy bien. En el restaurante se come bien.

À améliorer : Hace falta un tostador. La revisión de limpieza a la salida es excesiva, no es lógico tener que limpiar el baño. Una cosa es dejar el bungalow recogido y sin suciedad....y otra cosa es tener que limpiarlo. Cuando llegamos no se abría la puerta porque no se había validado nuestra matrícula. Nadie nos avisó de que en el folleto había anotado un código para abrir la barrera.

Points positifs : This bungalow was clean, new and had all that we needed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Being able To just walk to the beach was a plus.

À améliorer : If I had to improve on anything, I wish someone spoke in Basque being that it’s the PaysBasque or had some entertainment in Basque. My son would’ve enjoyed even more.

À améliorer : The bed sheets quality are poor and have caused some annoyance. The shop on site could be bigger and have a better selection of fresh products. Too few washing machines available in the lavatory. On site surf board rental service was missing this year, a real shame. The surf partner this year is too far removed from the campsite. It would be good to have a dedicated space to leave leftover groceries/cleaning products etc for other guests to use after our stay. A (swim) toy ‘library’ would be great to have and leave things after our stay.

Points positifs : La ubicación con unas vistas maravillosas, piscina y acceso desde el camping a playa aunque tiene bastante oleaje

À améliorer : Algo más de animación para los niños, aunque imagino que es porque era finales de junio.

À améliorer : -El Ckeck out a las 10:00 de la mañana es demasiado pronto. Hemos ido para un fin de semana y el domingo no pudimos ni desayunar en el mobilhome. Para colmo, para cuando fuimos al bar ya no había nada para desayunar. -Por otro lado, siguiendo las recomendaciones del camping, reservamos un mobilhome y una parcela,pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta que el mobilhome era grande y era sufiente para todos. Desgraciadamente no nos devolvieron el dinero de la parcela, aunque no lo utilizásemos, estuvo vacío. Para acabar, la recepcionista del camping, Elsa,fue bastante desagradable
