À améliorer : Swimming pool and surrounding too small. Hard surface crumbling away. Not enough loungers and shade The toilets and showers were very alway busy because of extra pitches and accommodation. Another sanitary block is needed. Not always clean

Points positifs : This was our last site before catching the ferry back to the UK, one which we have stayed at several times before.
À améliorer : This was early July. We had to queue for the WC & for the Showers, there are just not enough when the site is busy. The pool footbath was so dirty you couldn’t see your feet in it and the swimming pool itself wasn’t spotless either. Such a small pool without official supervision for a large number of guests. Do what you want without any regard for other pool users! The floor around the pool needs re sealing- it was breaking up last year - no improvements made. Lots of weeds generally & looking a bit scruffy. No upkeep!
Perfect base to see St. Michel
Points positifs : Haliotis is the best location for a visit to St. Michel by bike (only 9km away by a flat route). The tent offers a spacious patio and sufficient facilities (bathroom & kitchen) for a more than comfortable stay. The grounds are well kept and spacious enough to not feel cramped in with the other campers.

Points positifs : Friendly staff. Good sized pitch and excellent location for cycling to Mont St Michel.
À améliorer : Felt the sanitary blocks could be a little cleaner. Several toilets were closed during our visit. Shower cubicles would benefit from a bench to either sit on or rest feet while drying.

Points positifs : Der Radweg zu Mt. Saint Michel liegt direkt angrenzend zum Campingplatz.
À améliorer : Dusch- und Toilettenanlagen sind ohne Geschlechtertrennung. Daran kann man sich gewöhnen. Ablaufgitter in den Duschen liegen oft lose und nicht in ihren Schienen, bei Unachtsamkeit könnte man sich verletzen.

À améliorer : Don't close for arrivals at lunchtime. Maybe have an hour after 1900 hrs for adult only swimming?

A short stay campsite.
Points positifs : This was a stop over on route to the south of France from Cherbourg.
À améliorer : The toilet block (Sanitares) area was very dirty. Look up at the glass in the Apex of the roof. it hasn't been cleaned in 3 years. The road surface is breaking up with pot holes everywhere on the site. Weeds growing all over the place. Hedges not cut. The Bottle bank was overflowing and bottles left everywhere. The Bins were full to capacity and no place left to put our waste. This campsite has deteriorated over the past 5 years. I have stayed on this site for over 20 years. There is no investment in the facilities. You need to get your act together.
