Points positifs : We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chateau! The staff was welcoming at all times, the ground are absolutely beautiful and so well-kept with a 'cosy' feeling. We loved the daily morning boulangerie stop at the Chateau, the kid loved kids club and our cabin in the woods was perfect! We even were helped in such a swift and kind way when we forgot something behind. We shall definitively be back!

À améliorer : We wish that kids club was longer/that there were more opportunities for them to enjoy themselves with other kids at the Chateau!

Points positifs : Alles, wat een leuke plek. Heerlijke plek en de kinderen vonden het een fijne rustige camping. Niet zo massaal

Points positifs : Der BBQ Abend war sehr schön, die Atmosphäre, der saubere und wunderschöne Platz, das nette und freundliche Miteinander des Personals. Bei euch würden wir auch gerne arbeiten. 😊 Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Buchung mehrerer Plätze nebeneinander. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Points positifs : The setting and facilities were amazing, surrounding countryside is beautiful!

À améliorer : Toilets near to the Lac glamping tents as it’s a bit of a walk in the middle of the night.

Points positifs : Zwembad werd goed onderhouden, aanwezigheid jeu de boule, mooie camping

À améliorer : Langdurig geen warm water, weinig communicatie hierover vanuit camping. Gebrek aan warme douche en warm afwaswater was voor ons een flink minpunt. Toen ik aangaf dat de enige twee warme douches (bij het kindertoilet) erg stonken nadat iemand erin gepoept of overgegeven had (we hebben het zien liggen, onduidelijk wat het precies was) werd hier met weinig begrip op gereageerd en werd alleen gezegd dat dat te verwachten was als er zoveel mensen gebruik maakten van de douches.

Points positifs : Fijne camping om tot rust te komen. Tegelijk is er ook genoeg te doen voor kinderen. Gemoedelijke sfeer. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie plekken op diverse plekken op het terrein. Wij komen graag terug!

À améliorer : Toileletten verdienen aandacht. Maar heeft ook te maken met het gedrag van gasten. Een goede samenwerking zal het ten goede komen.

Points positifs : We loved the big pitch and the field where our children quickly found new friends. We also loved the events such as the pub quiz and the bbq!

À améliorer : Maybe a few more sunbeds around the pool (and clear communication about (not) reserving the sunbeds when you leave the pool area). Also if the baker could come a bit earlier that would be nice for people with young kids. Furthermore the toilets seemed pretty clean but often smelled of urine and some had a loose seat. The tap on our field (Verger) was difficult to use without getting sprayed all over and standing in mud.

Points positifs : Rustig, charme. Mooie ligging. Kan toch ook wel enig onderhoud gebruiken

À améliorer : Sanitair is niet een 5 sterren camping waardig. WC's zijn oud en stinkt naar plas. Zeker vooraan de camping. dit gebouw mag weleens vernieuwd worden. - Meer zeeppunten Elektrisch laden: geen mogeliijkheid toe op de camping. Dit is belachelijk slecht. Zeker voor een 5 sterren camping anno 2026, met name omdat er in de (direct omgeving, ca 15km) geen laadpalen zijn. Dit moet echt verbeterd worden

Points positifs : Verzorgde mooie grote plekken, schoon sanitair, gezellige, vriendelijke en lieve medewerkers en alles prachtig onderhouden. Eigenlijk alles was goed, de sfeer en zo fijn dat je een goede kop koffie kunt halen en fantastisch voor kinderen.

À améliorer : Helaas was er deels geen warm water, maar dat werd super opgelost door een heel nieuw douchehok te plaatsen dus eigenlijk geen negatieve punten!
