Points positifs : - campsite is amazing, lots of space and so beautiful with the castle in the middle - sanitair was good - lovely reception lady! Super helpful and friendly - overall one of the most beautiful campsites we have visited

À améliorer : - restaurant experience was completely the opposite of the nice campsite feeling. Rude guy, not welcoming, no passion and even akward. There is no atmosphere which is maybe a combination of unpassionate staff, no candles, no music (I don’t know). Food was also not so good. This was the worst restaurant experience of our 4 weeks traveling through France, going out for dinner a lot 😅. We regretted going for dinner here instead of in front of the campervan :). This would be the first thing to improve in my opinion, it does change the overall vibe of the campaign a bit

Points positifs : Met gezin (baby 10 weken en peuter 3 jaar) hebben wij in de Grande Orangerie van Chateau de Chanteloup verbleven. We hebben een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie gehad: Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige omgeving, genoeg te doen op het terrein alleen al.

Points positifs : We loved the cabin in the woods where we stayed. The pool is great along with the relaxed ambience of the whole place. We will certainly return in the future. There was always someone around who you could ask for help, all of the staff were friendly. The fresh bread and pastries were fantastic.

À améliorer : Slightly slow service at first in the restaurant. But the staff were fabulous.

Points positifs : Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht hier, haben den Aufenthalt in der Nachsaison aber sehr genossen. Tolle naturnahe Location auf hohem Niveau. Sehr nettes Personal und der Bäcker am Morgen ist auch Klasse.

Points positifs : De uitstraling van de camping is heel fijn. Ruim, chique, Franse vibe die je van een camping hoopt. Wij stonden op de XL plekken, heerlijk groot en genoeg schaduw. Ook rustig 's avonds en 's nachts.

À améliorer : GEEN OPBLAASBARE DINGEN IN HET ZWEMBAD TOESTAAN!Zou een idee kunnen zijn om dat bij de inschrijving te vermelden. Het is een zwembad zonder toezicht, zoals ook staat aangegeven. Dat betekent dat ouders zelf verantwoordelijk zijn, maar die blazen doodleuk grote krokodillen, flamingo's, eenhoorns op voor hun 'prinsjes en prinsesjes'. Je moest bijna zeggen 'vinden jullie het goed als ik hier ook zwem!?' Soms even een bezoekje van de leiding van de camping om mensen aan te spreken, helpt. Ook minderjarige kinderen die zonder ouders behoorlijk aan het klieren waren konden ongestoord hun gang gaan!
