Points positifs : A lovely stay in this beautiful campsite! I had visited when I was younger so was pleased to see that the character of Chanteloup was still the same but with many improvements too! A very relaxed campsite with plenty of activities to keep kids busy. The entertainment offered was excellent! The staff/ dream team were very welcoming. A very welcoming campsite!

À améliorer : More bins for recycling around the campsite to make it easier to sort waste. Also better signage on what should go into each bin to make it clearer.

Points positifs : Prachtige camping, rust tijdens nacht en ochtend, mooie schaduwrijke en ruime kampeerplekken. Schoon sanitair. Gezellige en relaxte sfeer! Bar en centrale terras faciliteiten zijn goed.

À améliorer : Voor onze kids 6-8 was er weinig activiteit, bv een buitenbios of speurtocht zou leuk zijn. En veel te weinig parasols bij zwembad, maar 4 voor de hele camping. Waardoor het lastig vol te houden is met zonnige dagen. Douchehokje is wat onhandig met deur die zo open moet dat je met schoenen weer in douche moet staan om open te kunnen. En druk knop met 10-20 sec water is ook niet ideaal. Restaurant is geen aanrader, kunt in de buurt lekkerder eten voor het zelfde geld.

Points positifs : Sfeervolle camping! Enorm gastvrij onthaald, Hadden echt het gevoel welkom te zijn.

Points positifs : There is a great atmosphere when you arrive at this site. It was our third visit and although we booked high season and last minute they managed to give me my favourite spot in the woods!!! So kind and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was very good and service excellent. This is a lovely well run site with everything you need. Perfect!

À améliorer : Appreciate we booked late and it’s the busy season but this time we were on the site by the entrance. There is a very small toilet shower block but this was not sufficient and it’s too far to the other block.

À améliorer : Sanitair was in voorgaande bezoeken aan de camping stukken beter. Er zou vaker en beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Dat het hoogseizoen is, betekent niet dat het smerig moet zijn. Zeker niet op een 5 sterrencamping. Daarnaast hadden we bijna elke keer een koude douche. Volgens mij is de camping van eigenaar gewisseld en is er sindsdien weinig aan het sanitair gedaan. De slotjes op de toiletten zijn vaak afgesproken, werkt nog wel maar gewoon slordig dat het niet is gerepareerd.
