Points positifs : The grounds are stunning, large pitches, great staff and food at the restaurant delicious. The quiz was fantastic fun last night also and everyone makes you feel welcome.

À améliorer : Faciliteiten in relatie tot het aantal gasten. Zeker het sanitair (waar bij het sanitair een briefje hangt waarop wordt aangegeven dat het beperkt is voor dat deel van de camping) is erg beperkt (1 douche en 2 toiletten voor 3 kampeervelden die daar gebruik van maken kan gewoon niet. De reden wordt aangegeven (geen akkoord van gemeente voor uitbreiding), echter dan moet je ook minder gasten toelaten. Hetzelfde geldt voor het zwembad. Mooi bad maar overvol met mensen. Daarnaast geldt voor het sanitair dat alles hoorbaar is, als je de afwas doet hoor je letterlijk alles - inclusief geur

Points positifs : Wir waren auf Durchreise mit Kleinkind da, aber wären gern länger geblieben. Pool, Spielplatz, Stellplatz, alles sehr schön und der gesamte Platz sehr liebevoll gemacht.

Points positifs : Our second visit and it was fantastic. We got a pitch by the lake which was super. Staff and owners were so friendly. We will return.

Points positifs : Wir haben die Ruhe und die Abkühlung im Pool bei unserer Zwischenübernachtung sehr genossen. Eine sehr schöne Anlage.

À améliorer : Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal erneuert werden. Die Preisgestaltung ist für die Leistung etwas zu hoch.

Points positifs : we have stayed here on a number of occasions in the past. On this occasion we were only staying one night en route across France, but we were still made to feel very welcome. The site has everything you want for a longer (or a short) stay and we dined very well in the restaurant in the evening. Thank you Chanteloup. We'll definitely be back.

À améliorer : the signage off the main road is not very clear and travelling in the direction we were the sign was just after the point you needed to make the turn, so we had to do a tour of the local village before getting back onto the main road. The locals seem to think this is a quite common experience. I think on previous occasions when we visited Chanteloup we were coming from the other direction so did not experience that problem then, or we simply forgot!

Points positifs : Loved this site so much! The château and it's grounds are wonderful, the staff are all so friendly and helpful.
