Points positifs : We had to cancel our stay due to illness of our kid. People on the phone were friendly but cancelation was only possible through extensive administration with an insurance company. Eventough we called 4 days in advance

À améliorer : I would expect a camping like this to show more compassion and flexibility and pay us back directly in stead of sending us to some insurance company. We still don't have our money back... A shame

Points positifs : Piazzola tenda perfettamente ombreggiata, solo il terreno un po' pietroso al piantare i picchetti. Servizi puliti e comodi, solo una pecca: i frigoriferi condivisi (idea meravigliosa) sono presenti solo nella struttura comune vicina all'ingresso, e ciò ci costringeva ad una lunga passeggiata dalla nostra piazzola ogni volta: per il futuro sarebbe possibile installarne altri anche nella struttura nuova dei bagni nella parte alta?

À améliorer : installare frigoriferi comuni anche nella parte alta del campeggio, ad esempio nei bagni nuovi

Points positifs : Der Bungalow war modern und freundlich, trotz Hochsommerwetter gab es Schattenplätze. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Brötchenservice hat uns gefallen, ebenso der kostenfreie Busshuttle. Der Campingplatz ist größtenteils autofrei, die Parkplätze sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Campingplatz ist schön angelegt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

À améliorer : Es gibt wenige Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Jugendliche (Ballspiele auf dem Parkplatz und auf der Straße).

Points positifs : Wir waren mit zwei Kindern für eine Woche auf dem Campingplatz. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben gute Tipps und Empfehlungen für Besuche in der Umgebung bekommen. Es gibt einen guten Shuttleservice vom Campingplatz zum ca. 3 KM entfernten Bahnhof ind der Innenstadt. Von dort sind es noch 5min. zu Fuss zum Strand. Es gibt eine nette kleine Trattoria am Ort - sehr zu empfehlen.

À améliorer : Der Pool öffnet leider erst um 01.06. Das war für die Kinder sehr schade.

Points positifs : Quiet location, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff, good Pizzeria run by very nice people, the bus service to the train station, the beach at Deiva Marina is also quite nice

À améliorer : The playground needs an overhaul, they could have more facilities for sports and kids

Points positifs : Ottima vacanza. Comodissimo il servizio pulmino gratuito che porta gratuitamente alla centro di Deiva Marina e alla stazione dei treni.

À améliorer : Da rimodernare un po' i servizi lavanderia e igienici.

Points positifs : Il campeggio è in una posizione strategica per visitare 5 terre e sestri. Siamo stati molto in giro e poco in campeggio
