Points positifs : Very disappointing stay. Our "Privilege" pitch was beside reception and the pool, making it one of the noisiest areas. Loud evening entertainment until 11pm was followed by excessive noise from the neighbouring pitch until 2am. The same neighbours allowed their two dogs onto our pitch, where they urinated on our chairs, table and pitch. Complaints were made to reception and Castel Head Office, but we have received no acknowledgement. Would not recommend.

Points positifs : Mooie ruime en zonnige kampeerplaats, zowel zwembad als meer als verkoeling. Genoeg animatie.

À améliorer : Privé sanitair mag worden aangepast, is verouderd tov nieuw toiletgebouw. Snellere bediening in de bar, je staat minimaal een half uur in de rij en bestelling via qr code helpt ook niet.

Points positifs : Grote plaats maar weinig schaduw. Mooi zwembad maar niet voor de kleintjes

À améliorer : Sanitair mooi maar de temperatuur van water veel te warm en niet te regelen. Milieu park buiten park erg onhandig.

Points positifs : I liked the pitch size, the showers etc were excellent

À améliorer : More sun loungers and the pool water could do with more attention in hot weather.

Points positifs : Grote plaatsen, ruim aanbod in winkel, vriendelijk personeel, mooi zwembad bij bar, ruim sanitair.

À améliorer : App restaurant werkte niet, eind juni mocht sanitair gebouw wat grondiger gepoetst worden, er werd vééél te hard gereden door personeel met golfkarretjes alsook door de gasten met hun auto, 10 km/h ??? Het meer nodigde niet uit. Geen toezicht zwembad.

À améliorer : Not having functions so much in new bar area up from pool as we never got to see area as always had functions on going

À améliorer : Open takeaway for longer and out of school holidays it was closed our whole stay

À améliorer : Veel achterstallig onderhoud op terrein en aan accommodatie te doen. Zeker in vergelijking met campings als die van Sandaya, die zijn echt 5 sterren waard. Het ontvangst was ronduit slecht, kregen alleen de sleutel overhandigd en totaal geen interesse of uitleg van de camping. Camping Parc de Fierbois is veruit de minste accomodatie van de 5 camping waar we hebben geboekt.

Points positifs : Toilet blocks , Fishing lake and pool facilities excellent. Shop was well stocked but very expensive for daily essentials.

À améliorer : Poorly prepared pitches ( motorhome rutting ) Making good pitches when damaged is essential as surface was dangerous when grass left long . Waste disposal was difficult and distant from pitches

Points positifs : We loved staying here, a truly lovely site, very well maintained and a very friendly term to greeet us.

À améliorer : There was a live band on the Saturday evening but we weren’t informed about it- more details on the positives maybe!
