Points positifs : Excellence from the arrival to the departure and the 5.5 weeks between. We love being here and the manner in which the site is run. Children and very happy and safe, Anne and Eric are always around and I feel relaxed the moment I drive up the tree lined avenue towards the castle

Points positifs : We loved our previous stay so much we brought back the whole family. We loved the facilities, the atmosphere, the activities. My 9 year old loved going to pick up breakfast from the shop every morning. It felt very safe to let him go alone. I really like the green eco friendly initiatives. I was so pleased to see the swallows again. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The 10pm noise reduction was very well adhered to.

À améliorer : It got too hot for our dog. The dog field is great and a small pool would be a great addition in the crazy hot weather. The crepes felt rushed and our stove was too hot so they were burning within seconds of pouring. Last time it was a more leisurely relaxing experience.

Points positifs : We loved the layout of the site, the pitches are all a really good size with shrubs making them private. The facilities were really good and kept clean. The entertainment was brilliant, just the right amount. It was lovely to have a take away, shop, bar, cafe & restaurant on site. The food was very good in the restaurant. The staff in the Reception were exceptional. We had a really lovely time and would recommend to anyone.

À améliorer : The drinks we had were a bit hit and miss. I really liked the Grand cafe creme that i had when we arrived but all subsequent ones I had were either on the cold side or not as nice, especially in the cafe area. Also the G & T's were made with a big bottle of tonic water that was quite often flat when it was poured. The range of drinks for non-drinkers wasn't very good unless you paid extra for the smoothies. Also the cocktails were expensive but not very good.

Points positifs : Perfect, great family resort that has everything you need. Lovely pool area, lagoon fabulous for the little ones and great food and drink areas . Staff were all friendly and helpful.

À améliorer : Only one critique for me , was the bar didn’t stick full sugar coke and due to my intolerance to artificial sugar was unable to drink at the bar .

Points positifs : The campsite is the most relaxed and welcoming place we visit! The people you meet become lifelong friends and we always can’t wait to return next year.
