Points positifs : Excellent camp site - perfect facilities, always clean, staff deserve special mention- I’ve never stayed anywhere where the staff were so universally friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. Lots to do without being overwhelming. Despite it being a large site it never felt too busy or crowded. Lots of covered areas, for bad weather or in our case very hot weather. Can’t fault it.

Points positifs : We loved our stay at our new site, it was a beautiful site, very friendly and welcoming staff. Lots to join in with, loved the walks around the estate. So pleased our stay was while the 60th celebrations took place as this was an incredible evening.

À améliorer : The corner on the entrance , turning into the accommodation is a little tight and not well sighted. Maybe more speed ramps as some cars travel far to fast with lots of children around. The shower block near our pitch maybe needs a little updating

Points positifs : We had a wonderful holiday at this campsite. Our children are both under 10 and they were well catered for. The swimming pool was great and it is an excellent location for some of the local attractions. I recommend puy du fou and the grand défi (which is pretty much next door). Reception staff really approachable and friendly. Everything was very clean. We booked directly with the campsite which was easy.

Points positifs : The campsite setting is beautiful. We stayed on a premium camping pitch and the site was fantastic - large hedges separating each pitch to provide privacy. The restaurant was very impressive - delicious food of a high standard, take-away options plentiful too. The catering staff were so friendly and welcoming, it was nice to relax in the courtyard and enjoy a drink in evenings whilst the kids can play nearby.

À améliorer : The toilet/shower facilities were often very dirty (daily). Appreciate that we stayed during peak holiday season, however we stayed at other campsites during this period and the facilities on those (similar) sites were significantly cleaner. The uncovered swimming pool was also very crowded most of the time.

Points positifs : So helpful in arranging a pitch close to our daughter and family who were in a cabin. Loved the 60th party and the range of things we could do with our grandson. Close enough to the beach for quick visit (lots of free car parking).

À améliorer : Shame the lagoon was shut on the first really hot day and when the lake had a competition going on. Grateful that our daughter had a car so we could all go to the nearby beach.

Points positifs : This was the first time we've stayed in one spot for more than 7-10 nights. We could have stayed another 3 weeks easily! Really enjoyed the 60th Birthday meal celebration on the lawn and the Discovery Walk of La Garangeoire with Anne. If you've never done it, please do as you'll get a newfound appreciation for everything that's special about La Garangeoire.

Points positifs : The campsite itself is very clean and suitable for all ages with plenty to do during your stay. The staff and service was great and everybody is friendly. We ate at the restaurant on a number of occasions and was impressed with the food and service we received, particular thanks to Michael who couldn’t do any more to make our visit any better, also thanks to Kyle.

À améliorer : During our stay, we had a cooked chicken from the takeaway, this chicken was so tough that we had to throw it away. As you leave reception on arrival to the pitch the first dog leg bend has a blind spot and it’s not always possible to see the children (or adults!) on bikes, maybe a convex mirror would help? Not sure if already there, but solar would be a great improvement for the environment.

Points positifs : Nette en gezellige camping in de natuur. Paardrijden en vissen was leuk, net zwembad.

À améliorer : Go carts en trampoline zijn weinig open en dan ook nog betalend, zou gewoon altijd gratis ter beschikking moeten zijn voor de kinderen gezien de prijs die je betaalt voor je verblijf. Armbandjes die verplicht te dragen zijn zitten niet goed door het harde plastic schijfje van her cashless systeem, wat wij niet gebruikten. Er zouden meer vuilbakken om re recyclen her en der op de camping mogen staan. Het is een camping in Frankrijk, niet alle animatie moet aangepast worden aan Engelsen of Ieren.

Points positifs : We liked everything really! We had the best meal of our holiday in the restaurant! It was absolutely delicious! And the service was excellent too. Friendly and helpful staff. We also thought the planting around the camp was very beautiful. Gorgeous, well tended plants. So hats off to your gardeners! And of course, the wonderful celebrations for your 60th anniversary. What a fabulous evening it was. A really lovely stay and so much to see and do. Fabulous!

À améliorer : Milk alternative for coffee ie soya, oat, coconut milk would have been good.
