Points positifs : Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise und nur eine Nacht da. Wir hatten einen super Empfang, die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles detailliert erklärt und uns persönlich zu unserem Platz gebracht. Wir hatten einen tollen ruhigen Stellplatz mit eigenem Bad. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das nächste Mal werden wir länger bleiben um alle Angebote auch nutzen zu können!

Points positifs : we loved this campsite. we came for 2 weeks, with 5 other families and we had such a great time. we always got sunbeds round the pool, and the lagoon was really nice. the restaurant was really nice food, and the takeaway also had great service. all staff were very friendly and spoke brilliant english. The kids loved the park, horseriding, and we felt safe letting them o to play. The site was also kept quiet after 10:30pm

À améliorer : when we initially booked it, we were under the impression that most of the activities would be free, like the kids football club, but they weren't that expensive. My main complaint was the pool sunbeds were so uncomfortable. so much, that I found it better to lay on the artificial grass.

Points positifs : The cleanliness of the place was really good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The array of activities available for the children was great, the children especially loved the football camp!!

À améliorer : Adventure play park/wooden style. Toilet facilities by the pool area to be cleaned more regularly.

Points positifs : Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good facilities and range of activities that really suited as a family with two young children

À améliorer : We had a few nights where people were very loud and it affected our sleep. So maybe someone doing the rounds and checking noise levels.

Points positifs : Another fabulous stay at the Garangeoire - can not fault it. Football coaches, especially Oscar, were amazing this year and as always, all staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you Eric and and Ann!

À améliorer : Some aspects of the chalet needed updating, particularly the flooring.

Points positifs : I love everything about this campsite. The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. The pitches are a great size. There are lots of activities that were great for the kids, adults and family.I love the walled garden and the fact the owners are always on site to assist and chat. It feels really safe for children. We have come back here on numerous occasions.

Points positifs : We had a great stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially Celia! We loved the lagoon and the pony trekking. Our pitch was in the shade and the kitchen and shower / WC facilities excellent. Our daughter loved the 'crepe making' and the evening entertainment especially the 'night swim'. We also loved the ladies toilets next to reception which was lovely and clean and great facilities. We are coming back next year.

À améliorer : People reserving sun-beds round the pool when they aren't even there, so newcomers can't get a seat to observe / look after their children. I would have liked a sunbed on my pitch.
