Points positifs : Regular holiday spot over the years but have missed the last four years due to Covid. But back and just as good as ever with excellent staff from Julien in the office to the restaurant staff and the cleaners. Sadly this time a few campers left their pitches in a disgraceful state after they had left, but it was quickly tided up by the site owner

Points positifs : Lots of nature, fun things to do like a pool, tennis ans pingpong. Nice restaurant when you don't like cooking. Overal it was a great stay

À améliorer : The showers give cold water for a short amount of time when you push the timer again to get hot water. Privacy, you share one ground with neighbours.

Points positifs : Nice site. Facilities clean. Lovely pool. Restaurant and bar ok.

Points positifs : Very clean and friendly. The site and restaurant were well maintained and tge staff really welcoming. We’ll stay here again when heading to/from the ferry.

Points positifs : We only booked as a one night stop over from the ferry. Great pitch, (66). Campsite is beautifully maintained. We ate at the dog friendly restaurant and the food was delicious. Visited the Eperneque Blockhaus which is a short walk away, (again dog friendly). Really worth going to and even worth a trip to the campsite just for that. We will definitely be back.

Points positifs : This is our third visit to Château du Gandspette and the first in summer. We originally stayed here due to its proximity to the tunnel but it's a wonderful campsite and we wanted to come when all the facilities were open. Would happily just stay here for a full holiday. As it is we were supposed to leave on Saturday but decided to stay a bit longer

À améliorer : The taps near the pitches. Good flow on the water (almost too powerful) and good for water bottles etc but no way to get a hose over the faucet to fill the van tank

Points positifs : Facilities were to a high standard and well maintained. Bar and restaurant area very good friendly helpful staff. Good amenities for families with games/play areas and pool. Pitches of a very good size and each pitch in our area had privacy

À améliorer : Need to consider more meal options in the restaurant for vegetarian and vegan guests

À améliorer : Not so good on the plastic tiles under the grass. Had to keep trying to get up my ramps but they kept on slipping on the plastic tiles. Ended up using my jack to lift each wheel individually. Other than that okay.
