À améliorer : morgens bis 7 Uhr kein warmes Wasser, morgens um 6 Uhr konnte man kein Licht in der Dusche anmachen

Points positifs : Fantastic pitch with lovely views over the lake. Accomodation was spacious and very cool which was brilliant in the hot weather. 2 minutes walk from lakeside beach.

À améliorer : Fairly loud evening entertainment for a couple of nights

Points positifs : We arrived and were immediately made to feel welcome, the staff were never to busy to help and we really enjoyed having the swimming pool so close by. The view was great, and many happy evenings were spent on our veranda, watching the sun go down with a cold beer.

À améliorer : At the swimming pool, all the kids want to do is go down the slides, but the pool attendant only allows the kids to go down at certain random times?

Points positifs : A beautiful camping ground located at the board of Lago di Garda, on the hillsides. Great views on the lake, two swimming pools (one at the entrance, one at the upper level of the camping) with nice water slides, a private little beach at the lake. Great service at the reception, and small but good supermarket and restaurant.

À améliorer : The mobile home we stayed in (Viola Junior) is rather small for a family with 2 kids. No animation as far as we've seen and there are too little playgrounds. Also, because the camping is spread out on different levels of the hill, it is a quite steep walk up the hill on the camping roads and therefore not so much suited for children to walk around.

Points positifs : Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben direkt gebucht.

À améliorer : Die Speisenqualität im Restaurant könnte etwas besser sein. Leider sind keinerlei Umbestellungen möglich.

Points positifs : Mooie omgeving, groot en mooi huisje. Camping zelf viel erg tegen. Service erg slecht. Verblijf van een week, maar er was maar 1 avond animatie. Voor de rest niks. Airco en Wifi tegen betaling. Kind van 6jaar zit op wc bril welke knapt door missend dopje eronder. Kind van 5jaar plast in bed per ongeluk wat we netjes melden bij de receptie of we schoon beddengoed konden krijgen, hier moesten we 110 euro voor bij betalen en voor de wc bril 40 euro. Dit word dan gemaild als de receptie dicht is door de manager en de volgende dagen is de manager niet beschikbaar om te reageren. Geld klopperij!

À améliorer : Betere service, uiteraard willen we schoon beddengoed betalen maar dit is geld klopperij! Zeer weinig animatie dat viel erg tegen! Zwembad was leuk, alleen jammer dat de glijbanen tussen 12 en 3 gesloten zijn, soms zelfs nog langer. Badmeester deed wat hem uit kwam en was ook alles behalve vriendelijk en liet een hele rij kinderen zo weer de trap af gaan als hij de glijbaan opeens uitzette. Wc's bij het zwembad erg oud en vies.
