À améliorer : Only one very small suggestion, whilst I appreciate wine in a restaurant is usually more expensive doubling the price seems excessive especially when serving for the sport on TV. Otherwise keep doing what your doing!

Points positifs : Goed verzorgt, toiletten en douches altijd schoon.. Vriendelijk personeel.

Points positifs : Hele vriendelijke eigenaren. Ruim opgezet. Veel vertier voor (jonge) kinderen met zwembaden, een rivier met strandje en een speeltuin. Schoon en goed onderhouden.

Points positifs : Fabulous location and a very warm welcome on arrival. Facilities were generally clean & always hot water. Pool area was lovely & modern with plenty of loungers. Our pitch right by the river on the end of the site was like heaven & so serene. The closeness to the town was fabulous & fresh breads & pastries in the morning was a real bonus.

À améliorer : Better understanding of food/restaurant on offer & timings. A beautiful area under utilised.

Points positifs : Lovely pitches, we were situated near the beach/river area. Washing facilities excellent. Pool good too. Very nice place to stay to visit the beautiful town of Brantome.

À améliorer : We ungraded (paying more) to a larger pitch with services when booking online. When I tried to use my ACSI card upon arrival, I was told as I had upgraded, I couldn’t use the card for any discount. Only the basic of pitches were qualified for the ACSI discount. I didn’t say anything, but felt a bit cheated that this didn’t appear to be obvious when booking. Did I miss something??

Points positifs : Size of pitch excellent, very thoughtful to ensure our friends had adjoining pitch.

À améliorer : Some confusion about using the pitch, when we arrived we were advised to reverse in due to the pitch being water logged which would enable us to be recovered if we could not drive out. The rumour on the site that this is a chargeable service, needs clarification.

Points positifs : Friendly staff. Stunning scenery & wildlife. Very natural. Have visited many times and hope to do so again. Never ready to leave. Ticks all the boxes. Beautiful Brantome within easy access.
