Prachtig verblijf bij een prachtig chateau
Points positifs : Tijdens onze reis door Normandië ontdekten we Castel Camping Château de Martragny, en wat een heerlijke plek is dit! Zodra we de oprijlaan opreden en het 18e-eeuwse kasteel tussen het groen zagen, voelden we ons direct op vakantie. Kampeerplekken zijn zeer ruim, rustig en omgeven door bomen. Een fijn zwembad (wel erg koud). Het restaurant, en campingwinkel waren perfect. Daarnaast is de ligging ideaal: binnen een kwartier sta je in Bayeux of op de D-Day-stranden. Voor ons was dit de perfecte combinatie van rust, natuur en cultuur. Een plek waar we zeker nog eens terugkomen.
À améliorer : Enige verbeterpunten zijn. Het restaurant mist gezelligheid. Met wat simpele aanpassingen zou het vooral binnen een warmere uitstraling kunnen hebben.

Lovely site in wonderful area
Points positifs : Beautiful campsite very near to Bayeux. Had a lovely pitch in one of the smaller areas quite near the pool. Only problem we had was 2 pigeons spent a lot of time in the tree above us & liked to poop on us. Put awning out for protection & this was plastered when we got home! Washed off quite easily. Would not have wanted to be on one of the pitches on the entrance to the site as very dark & shaded with traffic passing regularly. Great area for cycling. Also for visiting beaches & War Memorials. Were lucky to see the Tourde France while we were there. Restaurant & bar were fabulous Dog friendly
À améliorer : Get a peregrine or a sparrow hawk to deal with the pigeons!

Points positifs : Ruim opgeztte plekken, mooi onderhouden en faciliteiten prima
À améliorer : De eigenaar die vol gas in z’n golfkarretje over het terrein dendert, en er zijn te veel duiven, ze gaan constant met elkaar in gevecht. Ook op je caravan en tent.

Points positifs : Hele fijne sfeer op deze heerlijk rustige camping. Kinderen vermaken zich in het zwembad of bij de visvijver.

Points positifs : The grounds and staff are wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful large pitches and facilities on site are excellent from the shop to the pool.
