Points positifs : Vriendelijk ontvangst recepetie en schone toiletgebouwen. Direct vanaf de camping zo het strand op.

Points positifs : Freundlicher Empfang, sehr gut anzufahrender und mit Hecken abgegrenzter Stellplatz. Direkter Meerzugang.

Great location, shame about the toilets.
Points positifs : The location of the site is great, with direct access to the beach and within walking distance of Merville-Franceville-Plage. The staff in reception are polite, friendly and speak excellent English.
À améliorer : Only the men's section of the main shower block was open during most of our stay. This was closed for approximately 1 and a half hours each morning (just as people were in need of a toilet and a shower) leaving only the very small sanitary block near to reception open. Completely inadequate for the huge number of people staying on the site. We expected to be able to visit the bar/restaurant during our stay, but could not as it was firmly closed.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Points positifs : Umgebung mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Sanitäre Anlagen waren gut.

Ruhig, gepflegt, alles, was man sich wünscht
Points positifs : wir waren zehn Tage am Campingplatz, ideal, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte und wenig Animationsprogramm. Sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen. Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Es wird auch neben französisch sehr gut englisch gesprochen.

Wiederholungstäter
Points positifs : Da es nicht unser erster Aufenthahlt war muss ich sagen wir sind Wiederholungstäter :-) Es ist ein schöner kleiner und sehr sauberer Platz wo man freundlich empfangen wird und sich von der ersten Minute wohl fühlt.

Poor Communication
Points positifs : site ok and convenient for Ouistreham ferry
À améliorer : Communication prior to arrival very poor. Was booked on late arrival ferry 10pm Ouistreham and was supposed to get email and text in the day before my arrival at site, to give me the barrier code and allocated pitch number. The message was never sent to me. Luckily a sympathetic camper gave us the barrier code and we just pitched up on first space we found. Unfortunately the electric was not turned on for that pitch so we had no power - couldn't charge our phones etc. The lady on reception could not explain why we did not get the messages as it was caused by someone else on duty.
