Points positifs : Misleading website.& indifferent staff

À améliorer : Le Bois de Badelet, nr Gien, just left this site after 4 nights, very disappointed, not a 5 star site as advertised 🙁 pitches uncut and messy, badly signposted, supposed to have individual water connection as paid for, no that was shared! To add insult, having paid fully on arrival we were phoned to say we owed them 80 centimes! Then they refused one of the coins and we had to go back again with 10cents, all because they calculated it wrong, it was clearly a joke to them, not an apology just sniggering, their phone call to me cost them more than 80 cents 🤣🫣🙄

Points positifs : One of the most welcoming sites we have visited, without exception all of the team were always smiling and friendly, great service. Nice pitch near to the boating lake, we chose a sunny pitch, but there are many shaded pitches too.

À améliorer : Although close to the campsite, double check the coordinates for entering into the SatNav, the ones stated on the website take you up a blind end.

Points positifs : Prachtige grote kampeeplaats met privé sanitair. Nog nooit zo'n grote kampeerplaats gehad. Het sanitair was netjes met een erg fijne douche. Omgeving is erg mooi om er met de fiets op uit te gaan. Verder erg rustig, paar fijne dagen gehad.

À améliorer : Ondanks dat er broodservice was leken ze er in de bar niet veel van te begrijpen. Zowel met bestellen als met het opahalen. Overigens waren ze wel erg vriendelijk, ze leken alleen nog niet klaar voor een bestelling. Misschien omdat het hoogseizoen nog niet was begonnen. We zijn daarom maar brood gaan halen bij de boulangerie net buiten de camping. Een inschrijflijstje met het plaatsnummer was handiger geweest. Het buitenzwembad ging pas op vrijdag 23 mei open,; precies op.de.dag dat we weer naar huis gingen. Voor ons geen probleem trouwens.

Points positifs : Die Gestaltung der Anlage und die Rihe

À améliorer : Leider war das Restaurant / der Laden wohl aufgrund der Jahreszeit total leer. Und dann musste man auch noch lange auf Bedienung warten. Doch in der Saison ist das Restaurant sicher sehr schön.

Points positifs : Der Campingplatz liegt mitten in der Natur und es ist sehr ruhig. Für uns perfekt.

Points positifs : De omgeving is erg mooi

À améliorer : De horeca viel me erg tegen. Niet al het eten was op voorraad. Zo konden ze geen pizza margherita uit serveren, wat naar onze mening de makkelijkste pizza is met eigenlijk alleen de basis ingrediënten.

Points positifs : We hebben 1,5 week op de camping gestaan op een mooie, grote kampeerplaats. Overdag genoeg reuring, verder een rustige camping.

Points positifs : Staff at the reception is helpful and supportive. Excellent garbage disposal options.

À améliorer : Outdoor swimming water. Larger assortment in both shop and restaurant.

Points positifs : Op de camping zijn lekkere pizza's te verkrijgen . Het marktje op dinsdagavond op de camping is ook leuk met zijn streekproducten. We hebben een mooie fietsroute naar pont du canal in Briare gemaakt. En vooral genoten van de rust.

À améliorer : Het sanitaire mag zeker uitgebreid worden en het oude gedeelte is aan vernieuwing toe. De poetsdames deden hun best om alles netjes te houden. Jammer dat het zwembad te klein is voor het aantal gasten.

Points positifs : The area around the camp site is wonderful - great Chateaux’s, lovely vineyards in Sancerre and Briare is really nice. The lake on site is great to paddle board.

À améliorer : Arrival - chaos, 2 people before us yet as the septic tank was being emptied it was a disorganised joke. Cleanliness - the campsite is dirty, the pool developed a scum line all around the side of the pool and the indoor pool had too much chlorine in the jacuzzi - so much so I couldn’t catch my breath. Service at the bar rubbish - food poor quality and expensive, staff didn’t have a clue how to run a bar. This isn’t a 5* campsite, at best it’s a 3* The owner works hard but she is too short staffed. The showers are dirty and this is not due to the number of people as we have been to busier site
