Points positifs : For me the management and staff made my holiday really special, everyone was so happy and helpful. The facilities were top notch and the showers and toilets were spotlessly clean….we will definitely return 👌

À améliorer : Possibly a bit of gravel on the pitch where the grass is bare to stop the mud getting slippery when it rains.

Points positifs : Very modern facilities. Very helpful supplying exrension leads etc. near beach and village. Easy access to bus in to Biarritz. .

À améliorer : If you are going to say no shorts in the pool area then enforce it. I chose to purchase trunks but numerous people were in the pool with shorts and Bermudas - if you have a rule then enforce it

Points positifs : En general muy bien, tranquilidad en precioso lugar, con personal muy amable, en su mayoría hablan español y se agradece mucho. El Gran Punto A Mejorar: Que la FAMILIA COMPLETA tenga acceso a piscinas Spa, sin discriminar por edad, en días de tormenta y fresco se agradece. Dentro de las piscinas climatizadas, la gran mayoría son más bien FRÍAS , salvo un pequeño Jacuzzi.
