Points positifs : This was our second stay at Ur Onea (first time was 2018) and it did not disappoint. The sanitary block was perfectly clean and having showers and basins in individual cubicles is great. The price per night is value for money. When I had a small problem with a washing machine the staff immediately attended and sorted it out. Had 5 peaceful nights on a friendly site. All these things make it a great site.Will return!

À améliorer : Maybe a sign outside the sanitary doorways to indicate they are unisex? I was unsure to enter on my first visit! Otherwise no problems!

Points positifs : We had a lovely large pitch. Due to my mobility issues, we asked for one near the toilets and showers, which they had set aside for us. They gave us a perfect spot.

À améliorer : There was only 1 disabled toilet / shower. I didn’t manage to use the 1 cubicle as it was always in use. Additional facilities for disabled people would be useful.

À améliorer : Hemos estado varias veces porque el camping nos gusta mucho pero el personal de recepción es bastante antipático. Generalmente el agua en los baños sale más fría que caliente

Points positifs : Only a brief stay but wish it could have been longer. Excellent pitch with nice grass area but hard standing to one side which was great and ground still a little soft after spring showers. Facilities excellent with well designed shower block and units. Lovely and clean and enticed you into squeegeeing your own shower after always leaving as you find. Lovely location with nice walk to good beach.

À améliorer : Two beers at €17 a bit too pricey for my liking!

Points positifs : Mooie nette camping, prima ligging Niet ver lopen van het strand en het dorpje Bidart.

Points positifs : Tout etait tres bien, organisation au top. Sanitaires super propres et nombreux, piscine aussi et tres grande. Proximite avec la plage geniale et a deux pas d'un arret de bus.

Points positifs : Friendly helpful staff. A great restaurant with good food and wonderful staff. Modern facilities always spotlessly clean. Great position close to the beach and within walking distance of Bidart and Guethary.

À améliorer : Llegamos in extremis a las 19:01 para hacer el checking porque unos amigos estaban dentro y nos dijeron que no nos iban a esperar ni un minuto. Total que tuve que hacer el checking el día siguiente. En otros campings de la zona, avisan de la parcela y dejan en un sobre la tarjeta para entrar y hacer el día siguiente el checking. Además no nos permitieron la opción de late checkout. Por favor señor@s un poco de tranquilidad para atender a gente que venimos de lejos para disfrutar de su magnífico camping. Mila esker
