À améliorer : Controle op de broodbestelling. We hadden een tradition en twee croissants besteld en kregen een gewoon stokbrood en twee chocoladebroodjes. Toen er iets van werd gezegd , zei men dat het er stond,dat dat onze bestelling was. Het is waarschijnlijk fout gegaan bij het overzetten van de bestelling van het papier , naar de computer.

À améliorer : The place to discharge the grey water is akward: it is impossible to place the camper above the grid, that’s placed in the middle of the place, instead of on the left or right. A lot of people were complaining about it, and all just discharged the grey water on the floor. Not ecological at all! Waiting till 9 o’clock for bread is too late and there’s always a queue. Five days on a row there stayed five empty bottles on the floor of the dishwashing room, is that room only cleaned once a week?

À améliorer : I would prefer to pay a little extra for cleaning instead of being inspected by “cleaning police” before we leave. No one without proper tools and chemicals can do it in any good quality anyway so it seems wierd that Ineeded to make the place look clean. It would be nice if more info would be provided upon arrival-as for example where is th closest shop, possibility to order bread, bar working hours ect. Info was given when we came and ask. Our pitch bathrooom door was not oppening well so we need to assist our daughter all the time.

Points positifs : We hebben er niet verbleven, we kregen de caravan niet op een plaats. Aan de receptie werd gevraagd naar de lengte van de caravan en ik antwoordde dat de caravan 5 meter is. Dat klopt ook wel, maar ik weet nu dat ze mogelijk de totale lengte bedoelde. En die is 7 meter en dat past zeker niet op die camping.

Points positifs : We arrived at les Mouettes at 11.30am after travelling for 5 hours in the rain and enduring a difficult to navigate road closure to be told that our pitch may not be ready and we would have to wait until 2 pm before we could enter the site and go on our pitch, I started to ask if I could check to see if the pitch was vacant and before I could finish my question I was told rather loudly and aggressively that NO I could not, when I asked if we could go on a different pitch I was again spoken to in the same manner. We have stayed at Ettenemare and Haliotis for a total of 10 days with No problem.

À améliorer : Either change your reception team in particular Fabbiene or retrain your staff. We have stayed at Seasonova sites many times over the past 8 years with no problems getting on to our pitch before 12o’clock, when I came out of the reception an English lady spoke to me as she could see that I was upset and told me that she was treated in the same way, very poor attitude and very impolite. We decided not to stay at Les Mouettes and went to Etennemare instead where we had no issues at all so can not comment on what the pitch or anything else was like as we weren’t allowed through the entrance.

Points positifs : Camping ligt op een mooie plek en is mijns inziens goed verzorgd. Receptiemedewerkers zeer behulpzaam.

À améliorer : Brood bestellen vraagt om verbetering. We hadden overdag brood besteld en betaald. Bij het ophalen bleek de bestelling niet doorgegeven omdat ik niet betaal zou hebben?!
