À améliorer : De bedden waren te klein voor ons lange nederlanders. En ze lagen niet lekker.

Points positifs : The campsite is clean and secure, perfect location for our trip to Disney that plenty to do during the 3 days after. I believe that the mobile home is as clean as the previous occupier left it (as it seems that there is no cleaning personnel), therefore I have to refresh some of the kitchen items (only the ones we used while camping though) and clean a bit around. Lots of things for kids to do (football, tenis, table tennis, indoor play zone, outdoor gym), and we were lucky enough to have 2 hot days, so also enjoyed the pools.

À améliorer : We fund the receptionist very rude and unhelpful ( the one with glasses who speaks better English). We were 3 families, 2 of which rented the same time of mobile home (3 bedroom Noya accommodation). A request for them to be near each other or close by was sent months before arrival and acknowledged by the campsite, however on the day one of the family was placed in a different accommodation (3 bedrooms Lodge) which was located in the opposite part of the campsite. The receptionist didn't take any consideration of prior communication nor tried to help in anyways, just blankly refused to help

À améliorer : More info given about what is already in the van (utensils etc as we brought some and ended up having double) and the bar facilities being open during the week instead of the weekend. Swimming pool was not heated, my kids had to leave as they were shivering

À améliorer : Zwembad eerder open dan 1 mei. Wellicht heeft dat met regels te maken echter zijn wij (nederlanders) in de mei vakantie 2 weken vrij.

Points positifs : Erg fijne week gehad op deze camping, zwembad was heerlijk warm, douche en toilet netjes. Ruime plekken.

À améliorer : Ons watertappunt bleef een beetje door druppelen, vergeten te melden bij de receptie.

Points positifs : Voor kleine kinderen veel faciliteiten. De kampeerplek was ruim en goed onderhouden. Rustige omgeving. Snackbar was prima. Personeel op receptie ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad was ook prima.

À améliorer : Sanitairgebouw is verouderd en werd slecht schoongemaakt. Wcpapierhouders werden niet goed gecontroleerd. Deze waren vaak stuk of leeg. Soms allemaal tegelijk. Open afvalbak in de wc’s bij de dames. Ook niet fris. Warm water was vaak bijna koud of juist te heet. Je kon hem niet bijstellen. Geen ventilatie in het gebouw. Afval wordt helemaal niet gescheiden. Zelfs glas niet. Alles in een grote container naast het sanitairgebouw. Dit heb ik nog nooit eerder gezien op een camping. Douches leken niet (goed) schoon te worden gemaakt. Alles lag er na een paar dagen nog in dezelfde douche.
