À améliorer : Als ik extra betaald heb voor het annuleren/wijzigen van mijn verblijf, zou het netjes zijn dat dat ook kon. Na de boekingsbevestiging meteen gemaild dat ik per ongeluk de verkeerde camping had geboekt voor vier nachten. Na contact met de klantenservice bleek dit geen geldige verklaring voor mijn annulering en kreeg ik geen geld terug. Groet, Johannes Douna

Points positifs : Es war echt wunderschön und hat einen totalen Spaß gemacht. Langeweile gibt es nicht! Dazu war die allgemeine Stimmung sehr nett und familiär!

Points positifs : We stopped over for two nights with the family. The site looks pretty in the trees with the tents.

À améliorer : However, there were no forks or a kettle in our tent. The toilet facilities were dirty and never cleaned whilst we were there. The bar, cycle hire and reception was rarely open and it was difficult to find or contact support. The lake opposite was nice but had a bacterial disease so no one was able to swim in it. There was a little pool on the campsite which was perfect for cooling off but the young adults who were looking after the site didn’t open the pool until 2pm and it was 35 degrees which was tricky for our children to cope in heat. Unfortunately the staff were rude.

Points positifs : Calm camping with friendly and helpful staff, all what you need for a short stay, nice swimming pool, entertainment for kids, lovely animals

Points positifs : De plekken zijn zeer ruim, in een heerlijke rustige omgeving. Vooral als je, zoals wij, aan de rand van het bos staat.

À améliorer : Schoonmaken van het sanitair. In de eerste week is dit geen een keer gedaan. De doucheputjes stromen over door de hoeveelheid haren die er in zitten. Het zou geen overbodige luxe zijn om dit eens grondig aan te pakken. Pas in onze 2e week werden de vloeren gedweild. Ook de bezetting van de receptie was in de 1e week duidelijk niet op orde. Wij zijn uiteindelijk de camping op gereden, nadat een andere campinggast de slagboom open deed voor ons. De tafeltennistafel is duidelijk aan vervanging toe.

À améliorer : Sanitaire voorzieningen waren niet schoon

Points positifs : The office closed early for the 4-7pm check-in, no bedding as per our order and front door of tent was broken. 2 x Loos broken and generally was not clean wash facilities. Spent the night freezing under towels with the front door open. Terrible visit especially with 2 young kids after driving 500 miles. Ordered pizza and they even manager to burn that!!!

À améliorer : Hygiëne, sanitair: verouderd, niet gepoetst, geen toiletpapier, vuilbakken niet leeggemaakt, lekkende kranen, verschillende toiletten en douches buiten gebruik

À améliorer : Sanitary could be a lot better, hosts weren’t particulairly friendly or caring
