Internal regulations of the Arden Parks Comblain-au-Pont
Welcome to Arden Camper Parks Comblain-au-Pont.
Entering and staying at this camper park implies that the user agrees to the following internal regulations and respects the rules described therein.
Article 1 - The motorhome park
The motorhome park is located at Rue du Pont 15 - 4170 Comblain-au-Pont. The campervan site is exclusively reserved for campervans and/or converted vehicles. No other motor vehicle, including caravans or trailers, is permitted on the site for parking or overnight stays. There are 92 pitches, each clearly marked. Only one motorhome is permitted per pitch. The maximum length of motorhomes is 12 metres. Pitches can be booked in advance.
If, during an inspection, it is found that holidaymakers or third parties are spending the night in the motorhome park without informing the owner in advance, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect, without any refund of accommodation charges and/or other services already paid.
During the period for which you have paid for your stay, you have unlimited access to the motorhome park and you can use your access code to leave the motorhome park and return as often as you wish.
At the check-in desk, you can indicate the length of your stay in our motorhome park. Once you have checked in, you can pay at the end of the procedure using your bank or credit card. If you have made a reservation, you have probably already paid everything.
For security reasons, it is not possible to pay in cash.
Article 2 - Use
The motorhome park is open 24 hours a day throughout the calendar year, with the exception of periods when maintenance work is being carried out on the site. Campervans may use the motorhome park for a maximum of 31 consecutive days, including overnight stays.
Holidaymakers are responsible for keeping their motorhome pitches clean during their stay. The motorhome site must be left clean and tidy on departure.
The site must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you have not left by this time, the exit gate cannot be opened with your access code. You will then have to make an additional payment at the kiosk.
In the event of early departure or relocation, any pitch fees already paid will not be refunded.
No permanent residence may be set up on the motorhome site. The number of occupants may not exceed the number of berths provided in the motorhome.
During your stay in the motorhome park, you must not :
- take any action likely to affect the cleanliness, hygiene or appearance of the motorhome park;
- install any other structures (such as tents, tarpaulins, etc.), except those forming part of the permanent equipment of the motorhome itself;

Visitors are permitted under the responsibility of the user. Visitors are not permitted to park vehicles in the motorhome area, with the exception of bicycles.
The use of radios or other sound equipment is permitted provided it does not disturb other users or local residents.
Pets are permitted provided they are kept on a lead at all times and their owners are responsible for the disposal of their waste.
