The two of us had a fab time on the road for a week with Scoobs. As relative newbies wanted to learn the ropes and get some proper experience to see if we really had the campervan bug. Scoobs is well equipped for on and off-grid, has all the kit you need, is well maintained and a joy to drive. We had the full range of September weather from warm and sunny to stormy and cold and Scoobs delivered. I can tell you the heating works very well. Mark was a great host. Helpful and responsive before we picked up the van with a great hand-over that made sure we hit the road with confidence. Drop off was quick and easy too. Being able to leave our car at Mark's place was a convenient bonus. All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend. Septembre 2024

This is the second time we have hired Scoobs. It is a great festival van as it brilliantly set up for being off grid and we had plenty of hot water and battery power. Mark makes the hiring process very straightforward and we would definitely hire from him again. Août 2024

We took Scoobs to a festival for a long weekend and discovered a whole new level of camping. The van has everything you need; with a comfy bed and chairs, and literally everything else you would bring yourself on a camping trip. Mark was so helpful and thorough with instructions. Overall, everything was fine. The vehicle was quite new, so low mileage, and was pretty comfortable. Daphne had been involved in a mishap, where the side door and lower sill was damaged (though not enough to prevent the door appearing to open and close ok). However, when the weather became windy, we found that the door did not seal fully around the damaged area, and I would've liked advance notice on this before collection. (We had lots of comments from neighbouring campers, who obviously thought that we'd caused the damage!) I did know about the boiler not working, and Mark was good enough to write off a deficit for fuel tank level against the problem. Overall, the experience was pretty good, the vehicle was clean and tidy, and we returned it in as good condition as possible.
