Handover was thorough and explanations of all features was given. We went to a family friendly festival with a separate area for camping. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the campervan, my daughter has asked every day when we can go in it again. Everything was clean and in great condition and the whole process was fantastic. Considering this was our first experience of using and driving a campervan, it was all great from start to finish. Informative, friendly and great communication, would recommend Août 2025
