James was utterly brilliant. Always super prompt & responsive with comms. We loved “Stan” and can’t wait for more breathtaking Highlands adventures in the future. James has kitted Stan out with love & proper attention to detail. When our original booking with another Goboony provider fell through at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances on their side, James & Stan stepped gallantly into the breach. Our 11 year-old & dog slept blissfully in the upstairs section while my husband & I were very comfortable down below once we’d ironed out one snag. This being that sleeping directly on the reclining leather seating proved too hard - luckily our son was happy to let us use his mattress topper. We recommended that James provide a topper for upstairs & downstairs & he said he’d action that. Otherwise, perfection! We’ll definitely be back! Août 2022
