Bisma was polite and friendly. The handover went smoothly with clear instructions given. This was helpful as I had never used a motorhome before. The motorhome was clean and the vehicle worked with no issues. I drove up to Orkney and back down the west coast and had a comfortable stay in the Bailey. I had one misshap where I drained the car battery overnight, but Bisma was very helpful and gave me clear instructions about how to contact the breakdown cover that was provided as part of the hire. A mechanic came to jump-start me within a couple of hours and I was back in the road. Overall this was a positive experience and I would recommend to anyone who wants to hire the Bailey. Mai 2024
