Jack and Duncan were both exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Jack helps on here whilst Duncan arranges everything after booking and was extremely informative when we collected it that we didn't need to contact him once whilst being away. We honestly could not have been happier with everything. We used the van for off-grid camping and didn't face any challenges when doing so.
