Handover went well - Rob really practical and helpful - having videos of the procedures was a fantastic idea The van was quite tired perhaps after a busy summer with several things needing repair including the bed itself, the heating and the front window blinds - to be fair Rob flagged these at handover but I would have liked to know that when I made the booking so I could have made an informed decision.
