The handover with Sarah was excellent, and any questions we had during our trip were answered promptly. We hired the van for two weeks while travelling through Switzerland, and it was fantastic. The van was in great condition on collection, and the beds were comfortable for the whole family (2 adults, 2 children). The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning began leaking after use, so we stopped using it after the first couple of days. This was a challenge on the hotter days, but when we informed the owners, they responded quickly and even offered to cover the cost of a repair while we were away. We chose to wait and have it looked at on return. Overall, the van had everything we needed and made our trip very enjoyable. We’d definitely consider hiring it again. Had an excellent trip in Paul's motorhome. Paul was away at the time of pick-up but had arranged for a friend to do the handover who was knowledgable and helpful. Enjoyed a lovely 3 days at Carsington Water with friends. We were very happy with the motorhome, it was luxurious and clean. would definitely consider hiring it again. ++ Septembre 2024

Thank you so much to Paul and Sarah for a fabulous long weekend away at Silverstone. Your motorhome was just perfect , so spacious and very comfortable. The bunk beds and over head cabin bed were large with lovely cotton bedding. My husband, son and I all slept so well every night. The living area was luxurious, lovely, comfy leather seats where we watched England play on the Saturday evening. Paul and Sarah explained everything to us on our handover and were so flexible on the timing. They let us pick up the motorhome two hours earlier so we missed the teatime traffic. Really great hosts and well spec’s motor home. Everything you could possibly hope for for your trip. Our only issue was two items not working, which I have mentioned to the owners as I am sure they was unaware so not a big issue. Drives well, and super modern. Mai 2024
