I’m not sure how you can leave a 2 star review. You ccollected in a rush and said you knew how to work everything, and then complained when you returned that you couldn’t get the gas to work without calling us. My wife showed you in less than 2 minutes that it was working.
You returned the motorhome dirty inside and out, a day early with an hours notice, in the dark, without filling up with diesel as agreed. You also left rubbish and your leftover food that we had to clear out.
I’m guessing the issue was that I charged you the agreed fees for cleaning and filling up with diesel.
As we said, if you have any issues, please call us and we can sort them out over the phone! I have only ever charged fees once, and don’t like to do it, but we are clear upfront what they are if the motorhome is looked after.
