Honestly, we have not encountered such amazing customer service in a long while. Penny was so helpful and talked us through every step of the process. Melissa also showed us everything we needed to know on the van. Our van Bodie was pristine when we collected - not quite so pristine after a wet weekend - but we loved every minute and would recommend O’Connors to anyone. Mars 2024
