We had a lovely time with this car. We wanted a smaller car for the narrow roads in the highlands and this car was perfect for that. Comfortable to sleep in for two people and roomier than you might think for such a small car. The owners were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely rent from these guys again! Septembre 2024

We had a great new experience with a well-equipped Micro Camper (including things like kitchen utilities with a gas cooker or camping chairs). David/his colleague was responsive and tried to cater to our needs. Some time is needed to get to/from Kelty for the pickup/drop off, but the Stage Coach bus stop is a 3-minute walk from David's car park. This is primarily on Goboony website - I would appreciate better transparency/info regarding the deposit on the excess. During the booking, there was a stated excess of £1000 and excess insurance for about £80. I paid the deposit and got external excess insurance which was less than half price compared to the one offered by Goboony. However (due to my driving license) my excess was £1750 and David offered me insurance which was even cheaper than the external one. Septembre 2024

Le van était très bien équipé et nous avons pu voyager comme nous le souhaitions. Nous avons eu de la chance de tomber sur ce van qui a accepté la location alors que tous les autres demandaient minimum 25 ans! Août 2024

Helaas was de tent (the awning) lang niet niet waterproof, waardoor we eerder moesten stoppen met kamperen en over moesten gaan op hotelovernachtingen. Alle matrassen, beddengoed en een tas waren helemaal nat geworden. Juist met het weer in Schotland is het noodzakelijk dat tenten waterproof zijn. Doordat de meerkosten van hotelovernachtingen zoveel hoger liggen dan campingovernachtingen zijn we zelfs 3 dagen eerder naar huis gevlogen. Al met al heeft mij dit € 1041,52 extra gekost. Van de verhuurder heb ik geen enkele tegemoetkoming of iets dergelijks gekregen. Naast de meerkosten vind ik het ook erg jammer dat dit onze vakantie deels verpest heeft. Een compensatie van deze kosten zou mijns inziens redelijk en eerlijk zijn. Août 2024

Réaction de David Our Camper was more than fit for purpose. You encountered bad weather in Scotland, the air awning let in some water during torrential rain, and you think that warrants a 1 star review! We were more than accomdating to you and your family, both dropping the van off for you free charge, then dropping you for your flight home free of charge. I guess we'll let the general public make their minds up whether they think your review is fair. Personally speaking, from start to finish you were high maintence, I dont think micro campers are suited to your style of holiday. Maybe stick to hotels moving forward.....
