Everything about this was amazing! We took the van up to Scotland to do the NC500 and it really was perfect. The van has everything you need (including a big fridge which we found handy!). It’s a good size van for a couple, and had no problems driving or parking it (more beneficial than a motorhome). Simon was extremely friendly and attentive. The handover takes about 45 minutes but it’s done in a very organised and simple way. He stayed in touch throughout our trip if and when we needed assistance. Lovely guy! Lovely van! Drove up to Scotland for the NC500, van was absolutely excellent, very well equipped and a fun drive. Simon was super helpful with check in and check out and very accommodating of our questions as it was our first time in a campervan. 10/10 would book again. Avril 2026

My husband and I rented Beres for 4 weeks when visiting home from Dubai. We had a fantastic month travelling and no problems at all. We completed the Nc500, visited wales a couple of times, the Lake District, and she was a super star the whole time. She charges up whilst driving so power was never an issue for us. If renting in the summer I’d recommend a couple of usb or battery fans to save on using the AC as much (battery drainer when not connected to shore power). The TV was great for cosy evenings in and the fridge is deceptively large! We were able to store all of our belongings we bought over with us, food etc, and still had empty cupboards! We stayed on campsites every 2-3 days only to top up water and have a “proper” shower. Bed super comfortable - even for my husband who is 6ft. Couldn’t recommend this van more. Wonderful campervan from a great host! My wife and I had a fantastic trip around Scotland and the Highlands. Simon has been very accommodating with our last minute request. He even picked us up from the train station and gave us a ride back by the end of our trip. The check-in process was thorough, as I didn't have any questions left for the rest of our trip. Simon and his father were there to make us feel like home! Although this was our first campervan experience, I could tell that this particular one was prepared with love and I would rent it again any time! Equipped with a large battery we could stay off grid for at least two days and enjoy the nature and the privacy. Heating and aircon served us perfectly for good night sleep! Hopefully, we come back. A more gracious and helpful host than Simon you couldn’t hope to meet. The hand-over was great; the van was a very high spec; all ending up with a great time away. Having planned to go to the north west, the road led north east, Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby, Harrogate etc. A lot of wild camps, a few pub car-parks and occasional campsites to charge the batteries.
